Her name is tina. I am sure she has zero massage training. On a scale of 10 she applied the pressure of 1. I asked if she is going to be able to do more pressure through the translator, and she said I will go get my boss. It was obvious she had no idea how to give a massage. Another older lady came in and took over the massage. She was able to apply more pressure, but she demonstrated no massage technique skill. On my way out I noted that all of the certificates and credentials are for somebody named Jin chang. I asked the lady who did my massage if she was Gin chang, and she said no. 70.00 for a 1-hour massage is market price but not when the therapist have no massage training. Crystal was warm and inviting, located in a quiet, clean, and welcoming environment. She worked with me to determine areas of focus that would help alleviate the worst areas of my back and shoulders with a soft touch but applying pressure in key areas with precision. I'm not a big talker, so I was happy she focused primarily on the work other than asking whether the pressure she applied was ok and telling me the different steps of the process. I walked out feeling refreshed and pain free, and a day later still feel the same. Very satisfied, and plan to schedule a future appointment.
