He listened and helped me make sound decisions every step of the way. I have a background in real estate construction financing and therefore have experience with a number of builders. I have not had business with any builder who had more attention to detail and follow up as Brian. I do not have one area that I would make a different decision. I did go over budget on a few items that I chose to upgrade during the process . Brian advised and allowed me to make my choice. I am completely happy with my home. Here the main topic is doors and windows. They are a overstock / scratch and dent type of operation so what you see is what you get, and when trying to match multiple windows can be a bit tricky if replacing a whole house worth or something to that effect. But the workers are really good about spending that time with you trying to match up what you need. Be sure to take a good look over your purchase for function, scratches, etc. They do seem to accept returns (in my case they have). They do have some trim, some flooring, kitchen/bath cabinetry, and a few other things so you might want to check them out if you are either in construction or a homeowner doing some major renovations - they have some really high quality merchandise (some of these doors are definitely better than you'd find in stock at other home improvement stores). They do not deliver so be sure to bring your truck, trailer, etc.
