Two rounds with Dr.BBL and both times were spot on. Lipo 360 2022 then BBL 2024 The doctor and his team were amazing. Even talking with Katy on the phone that handles all the paper work. Honestly, it's a relief, knowing that him and his team actually care about your well-being. Do not go to other places because they are "cheaper" Dr.BBL is so precise and snatches you in all the right places. Living in Las Vegas, I will travel to him any day. I'm going to start off with this I have never had anything done at Arijai before BUT I came to the Arjai Aesthetics and Wellness Beauty Bash 2018 MY REVIEW IS BASED ON THE 10 PATIENTS I spoke with as well as the reps and doctor. Coming into the Beauty Bash you can already tell Arijai Aesthetics and Wellness have a well known presence in the Twin Cities community. I arrived 15mins after the event started and the place was packed with old patients, new patients and soon to be future patients. With skin care demos going on and the buzz of everyone excited to see the great services Arijai has to offer. It's hard not to get excited. This office offers surgical and non-surgical cosmetic services with Dr. Chris Balgobin- ·He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery ·Fellow of Board Certification in Anti-aging & Rejuvenation Medicine. ·Licensed in 3 states- Minnesota, Florida and California ·Has worked closely with Dr. Miami for the past 3 years. At Arijai they really try to treat their patients with a personal approach not making them feel like they are just a number and from the testimonials I received from patients it definitely shows that they are doing something right at Arijai. I heard stories of transformation in confidence to how much the patients absolutely love the staff and the procedures they have had done. What is really nice is that they are able to do surgical procedures right there in office. Arijai Aesthetics and Wellness is an Accredited Surgical Facilty they do procedures such as liposuction to fat transfers. They have a staff of licensed nurses & LPN's for when you are finished with your procedure. The aesthetics side is wonderful too. I spoke with a representative from SkinPen her name was Haley she was able to give me some great information about the SkinPen which is a microneedling device for acne scars or discoloration. I also met Andrea who was so sweet and told me all about Salt Facial which is a skin renewal treatment that is a alternative to peels- it's less abrasive. I was able to see what kind of damage I have done to my skin with SkinCeuticals. The rep was able to tell me and recommend what would be a great fit for my skin and the best part is that I was able to see everything she saw and know what she was talking about while she was looking at my skin. All the staff is very knowledgeable about all the products and services that is offered. If I ever need aesthetics done I know where to look now! read more

This is sort of an embarrassing photo / review since I look ridiculous right now but if I can keep this from happening to another client, then I guess I'm happy to share. I left a raving review previously for Ashly but I found out via her instagram that she was no longer working at Arijai and I panicked knowing that I still had $300 worth of filler there. I've had some terrible experiences with other injectors in the past so I wasn't comfortable with just anyone altering my appearance... So I called and asked for more info on who would be injecting me and the receptionist said she'd leave a note with the manager and they'd get back to me in a couple of hours. A full week passed and I heard nothing. So I called a couple more times and finally found out it would be Dr B. He is a very reputable BBL dr, he seems to do great work in that area, so I decided to just go for it... poor choice: my lips look awful. I have 4-5 distinct lumps on my lower lip (see photo) one is rock solid - I've been massaging it for 3 weeks and it hasn't seemed to soften. The largest lump isn't hard anymore but is still noticeably bulbous and lopsided. It looks like he tried to go for the key-hole pout but unfortunately it's off-center and is highlighting just one front tooth instead of lying somewhere in between. I don't want to have it dissolved since that can damage your natural lip, so I'm unfortunately going to have to shell out another $600 to have it corrected by someone else... this has been really stressful and embarrassing for me; I hardly want to smile or talk at work, I don't want to be in photographs with my friends... I should have trusted my gut, dumped the remaining filler, and refused to have a new person do my lips, but I guess that's what I get for being cheap... lesson learned... :( So 2 stars because the clinic is gorgeous and I know they are very qualified for other services, I just personally don't trust them with my face anymore... TL;DR: Definitely go here for BBL, don't go here for facial filler. read more

This is my second round with Dr Balgobin. Him and his staff are so awesome! I'm writing a review to share my experience at the recovery house. I didn't stay the first time but I did the second time. The in house nurse EDNA is beyond my expectations! She makes sure you're taken care of. I love how she gives us advices and help us literally with everything you can't do for the first few days. She'll pick up anything you need from the pharmacy. And boy! She is an excellent cook! She made us feel like we are at home! read more

Wow very disappointing to say the least. I had a free consultation last week with this doctor. My thing is why schedule a free consultation if you are not willing to answer any legitimate questions? Tbh I would much rather pay and have someone take the time to reply than being shut down. For the record I have had other free consultation with board certified plastic surgeons ( which this doctor is NOT) And they were nice and patient and answered all my questions. So no all free consultations were unpleasant like with this doctor. So back to this doctor I wanted a lipo 360 and bbl. He called after a few minutes than scheduled and had a very cold tone from the start. He asked a few question about height, weight then went straight sales person and went into the list of what he can offer and the price. Tbh the price was not a problem for me so I had more health related questions so asked the following questions. 1)I know usually blot clots are related to tummy tucks do I run the same risk with just lipo and bbl? And what are the other risks ? His Answer: well you can have a blot cloth even when you go to dentist. No answer on the other risks. 2) God forbid if something happens to me what is the emergency plan.? His answer: We have several near by hospital and yeah " we can take you there". I asked the name of the hospital and he gave it to me but you can feel he was irritated. 3 ) who will do the the post op consultation before I leave since I am from out of state? His answer: it depends sometimes me sometimes my nurses who are my " eyes and ears" His answers were short and the undertone was I am not here to answer medical related questions. I mean how dare I ask serious legitimate health related questions??? Lastly I know since I am opting not to have a tummy tuck I risk the possibility of having lose skin after lipo and All the doctors I have consulted with have mentioned it except for this one. So either he didn't take a look at my pics or he simply doesn't care to inform the patient of the possible outcome . So to sum up I would say this. I live in Texas and I if make the decision to go all the way to Minnesota for a surgery I would need all my health related questions answered especially when the doctor performing it is NOT a plastic surgeon but a family doctor. After the recent death of a celebrity by a non board certified plastic surgeon and the debate of non plastic surgeons performing this surgery being at the forefront you would expect these doctors to be more thorough during their consultation but all I got was attitude and sales person like responses so It's going to be a no for me!! read more

I went to Tracie to have my cheeks done with some filler. She did a great job and I love them. Tracie makes you feel so comfortable and makes sure they are perfect. You can tell she loves and cares about what she does. I like to go for a more natural Look and that she definitely does. All the staff there are great and make you feel so comfortable. One star experience! It's like you have to beg them to take your $30k (CASH) ! I think these social media, television stars began to view their popularity more important than customer service! Vanessa is rude and the worst. Sent my submission online 3 times and they kept saying they couldn't find it or something was wrong without going into detail. Then Vanessa asks are you from Australia! WTH!! No I'm from Illinois. And I am supposed to trust the facility with my life? They can't even answer the phone or get the information correct. There are too many amazing Doctors, ACTUAL PLATIC SURGERY BOARD CERTIFIED, in the US to deal with this lack of professionalism. "Urban" business at its best I guess. It's unfortunate! read more

I saw Andrea today for a silk peel. I had no idea what to expect and was amazed at the service I received. It was a true spa experience complete with warming table, lavender aromatherapy, massage and more. The silk peel felt refreshing and my skin feels rejuvenated. Andrea is very skilled and professional as well as personable. The staff at the desk at Arijai were very friendly and welcoming. I got a BBL done a year ago. I will not post pictures because I am that embarrassed of the way my body turned out. I still have a fat stomach he only took out as much fat as he wanted to. My butt is an even. The results look horrible. Communication after surgery is very poor. You can never speak to the doctor after you get your surgery done. You're speaking to whoever else his assistance. The recovery house was foul. Fresh after surgery you had to walk up the stairs to go to the room. The nurse was very unprofessional. You can only eat two times a day. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone his prices are very high for the poor work that he does. He should charge half the price. Do not go here seeking a BBL all the ladies I was in the recovery house with we all keep in contact and none of them are satisfied with the results. We all have loose stomachs read more

I would not recommend this doc to anyone. They have very poor communication skills and very little privacy for the patients. I don't know much about the healthcare industry being that I'm elementary school teacher, but I do know it's a HIPPA violation to discuss patient private info out in the open. And also 2 other ladies came the same day i did cause of the weather delay!and there no team let me say that!! it was one nurse one anesthesiologist and the doctor that was there when i i had my surgery..and afterward 5 days later,i didn't even see the dr.bbl after drains were removed!!!i seen the nurse!!! dont get me wrong surgery was great.. ms.sandra was awesome also.. but the patient coordinator was not; its is her job i thought to relay weather issues with patient coming from out of State and to return calls and emails!! at least thats what i thought... mybe u can assist Her with that also.... read more

Well, everything went OK up until my last follow up appt. I had a lot of questions as far as recovery, healing, appropriate garments and it seems like Dr Balgobin turned into a complete JERK after I was done with surgery. I've asked several questions recently about cosmetic procedures to enhance my lipo (since my results are not 100% as expected ..I'm 7 months postOp. I STILL have the back roll I wanted gone) such as skin tightening (which I assumed was part of it like most places) and I would just get broad answers "what about it? It tightens your skin" I then asked ok well I want pricing info.. recovery info? How is the procedure done?" He just goes "depends" like you know what I'll TAKE my money elsewhere. I've gotten velashape, Botox and a couple other things done since and I've decided to find a different spa since their owner is a complete ass once ur money is up. On top of it, he didn't school for it he just got trained. He's simple a family practioner and he told me himself "they're just jealous because my work is better" stuff like that should have warned me what type of person I was dealing with.. unfortunately I didn't want to forfeit $2000 if I canceled. I would say find somebody else because communication is EVERYTHING and as sites would say -ask your surgeon for specific info on things well when I ask him he makes me feel like an idiot. Never going back. 2 stars because he removed a significant amount of fat but when I sit I have rolls and extra skin and I can't seem to get through to him that I want better results.. sorry to come off as a pest but it comes with ur job, bud! I had laser hair removal done last week. This place is friendly, clean, professional. I was very happy with the results. The environment is very inviting. The staff had exceptional customer service. I like the fact that they take appointments on Saturday, for women with a busy work schedule. I would recommend Dr.Chris Balgobin and his spa to anyone I know. read more

I have not had any of the invasive surgical procedures so I cannot speak to that but I love going to Andrea for my laser hair removal treatments and have had two facials with skin pen and UV light treatment. Andrea is so calming and kind, it is such a relaxing visit and skin feels great after. I personally didn't do well with the skin care line but my face is pretty picky when it comes to skin care products. It's also unfortunate that the skincare line doesn't count toward Brilliant Distinction points but it did feel amazing, smelled great and wasn't too expensive. My skin just didn't agree with it. I go to Cindy for my Botox and while I usually get discounts working in healthcare, I like her so much, I'd pay the extra. She gives touch ups after 2 weeks for free if you aren't pleased with anything. She is very knowledgeable about the anatomy of the face and physiology behind the work she does. It's reassuring having an actual nurse doing the treatments knowing she has education and specialized training in her specialty. Cindy and Andrea are both a delight to chat with during my treatments. I even received Botox from Dr. BBL himself. He was so down to earth and not like most plastic surgeons I've dealt with in the past. He was just your average, normal guy and I felt he was genuine. I gave 4/5 stars only because the reception staff has some ways to go and I'm not a huge fan of the skin care line. The ambience and decor of the place is trendy yet comfortable and clean. I never have a hard time scheduling with my crazy schedule. I've been going here for several months and have no plans to go elsewhere anytime soon. read more
