While arranging the cleaning, Shannon notified us that he could also repair the carpets, saving us from having to go with another company for that service. He had the work done by the time I returned and did a fabulous job. When the tenant had moved in there was brand new carpet throughout the house and after Shannon cleaned and repaired them the carpets looked new again! He billed us an invoice which we were able to pay online. We will recommend this company to anyone in need of having their carpets done and will definitely use them again if necessary.

At the last minute he asked to move the appointment to 3 pm which I told him was fine as my husband did not need to leave for work until 4 pm. The carpet cleaner was over an hour late so my husband called Trevin and he said the cleaner was still at another cleaning but Trevin would come out and do the pre-walkthrough. We left the door unlocked for him so my husband could leave for work. Trevin then called me and said the carpet had no stains or soiling but smelled like dog. He clarified that it did not smell like pee, just that it had a dog-like odor and bumped the price up to $360.00. I explained to him that was far more than he quoted us and we could not afford the cleaning at that price. He got really huffy and told me his company was the best carpet cleaner around and we would not find a better price anywhere else. I explained we simply couldn't afford it and he hung up. I got to the apartment half an hour later to find that he had left his business card beside a glove with the middle finger sticking up. This is a HIGHLY unprofessional business. We never wear shoes in the house and are neat freaks. We had the typical organic move in stains from the movers and workers. Again, almost brand new carpet with organic stains. When the carpet dried after Stanley Steemer cleaned it, literally every stain was left, I couldn't believe it. It's almost like the carpets were not cleaned at all. One of the stains was left by a plant. I got the Oxi Clean and spot cleaned it with hot water to see if I could get the stain out. After 40 seconds of scrubbing, completely gone!! I then went and got my 3 year old Bissell Crosswave out. Loaded the container with extremely hot water diluted with Oxi Clean. My house is 2600 square feet. It took me six hours (Going to the sink 100+ times to empty the small container on the bissell took forever), but the carpets came out absolutely spotless. So I pay Stanley Steemer $240, only to do the carpets myself for 6 hours. Proof is in the pictures, look at the dirt left behind after their cleaning!!!!!!!

His assistant Chevy came to repair a cracked grout which was causing water leakage that Toll Brothers grout crew did not do a good job with the grout when they built my home almost four years ago. Her knowledge and expertise was greatly appreciated. She did an amazing job with the grout repair, cleaning and color sealing the grout on my floor as well.
