As a fellow Member and avid Yelper I must say this is my favorite place. I have attended Faith…read moreChurch for the last few years after attending the same church for 15 years. I was led to find a place that would appeal to my entire family. We are a family of 8 with 8 different personalities and attitudes in order to expect different results you have to do something different! This was a huge change for our family and I will never regret it. There are options for everyone! There are several locations, but you felpart of the congregation however you decide to worship. You can stream, visit in person, listen to podcasts...... it is a "contemporary" feel that is unmatched! I would highly suggest visiting.

I would give a zero if it was a choice. My wife and I went to the 11:35 service 11-2-2025 and…read morewalking through the lobby the noise was so loud we looked at each other practically stunned. there was everything you'd expect attending a rock concert. we found our way to the auditorium and took seats about 10 minutes before the service was to begin and it was very dark and there 6 or 8 huge screens and the music was deafening and certainly not the kind of music you would expect in a church. when the worship team came on the stage and started to ROCK OUT, we looked at each other and said let's leave, it was literally too loud to subject ourselves to. on the way out the 2 greeters at the door recognized that we had just come in, and we said the music was so loud we had to leave and the reply was, you can get ear plugs. Amazing.

The parish school kids were serving the drinks, cleaning trays, and generally helping keep the eating area clean by taking out trash and wiping down tables. Good kids doing a great job! As for dinner, for $8.50 I got a choice of entree, two sides, two pieces of bread, drink and dessert. Entrees included two pieces of friend cod, baked tilapia, or six fried jumbo shrimp. Sides included green beans, spaghetti, applesauce, Mac n'cheese, or nightly special (tonight was onion rings). I had the cod, green beans, and Mac n cheese. Food was hot and okay - worth a 3 star rating here. Kids menu included a gourmet grilled cheese (smoked Gouda, I believe), spaghetti, or cheese pizza. Those items were $1.50 each, I think. Desserts were homemade by parishioners who know how to bake! The brownie I had was super rich and delicious! Take out or dine-in was available and served 4-7 pm. We arrived about 4:45, and it wasn't too crowded. By 5:30 the cafeteria tables were full. I bought a quit raffle for $5 and donated my change of $1.50 out of my $10 bill from dinner. Hopefully that puts me "in good" with The Lord, and I win the raffle. :0) I enjoyed this spot and supporting the parish. You can tell they've got a lot of local support. So with all this good stuff, why only 3 stars and not 4 or 5? I've been to a lot of church services and parish dinners over the years. One thing missing the 4-5 times I've been here is someone welcoming me as a guest to the parish - both at services and at the dinner. To bump this parish review up to a 4 or 5, I would like to see official greeters. For example someone saying, "Welcome, I don't think I've seen you before...we're glad you joined us...let us introduce you to...tell us about yourself..."; etc. Perhaps they have them, and I've missed those people. If so, perhaps they need more. That extra warmth goes a long way in making people feel at home, especially at Sunday services where it's easier to chat and greet new people.
