We had the pleasure of having Mike handle both the sale of our condo and the purchase of a house. On both ends of the process Mike really took care of us the whole way. Mike represented me in buying a house. The worse part of this process was in getting the loan. Mike went outside the scope of his duties to help me close the loan on time with a different lender. Unfortunately, poor communication from the lender still caused me to barely miss the target closing date. I haven't gotten a loan through Mike yet but after my awful experience with other loan officers / lenders, and knowing how Mike doesn't waste time and knows how to get things done, I should have just gone with him for my house purchase.
