It's unbelievable that children with special needs are treated with such contempt by the staff here. If you lack the patience required to work with children, you should absolutely not be in the healthcare BUSINESS, let alone service BUSINESS, let alone in public service. You are your insurance number to these people. A small gesture like making eye contact or saying, "We'll be with you shortly," would have gone a long way. The overall atmosphere felt disorganized and unwelcoming. As a parent, when you are bringing your child in for medical care, you hope to feel that your time is valued and that the staff is focused on patient care. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I understand that urgent care centers can become busy, and I try to be patient. The staff is wonderful, caring, and supportive, and there is always enough staff to attend to an emergency. They keep great track of their seniors' whereabouts, and if she needs, help is just a push of a button away. Not only is my mom much happier, but we are as well, since we're not worried about her all the time. I highly recommend this beautiful place.
