Worse service. Rude employees! Came one day to register my OHV and was told they didn't like the 6 on the title because it look distorted. Then gave me a form to get filled out by seller. Came back and was told I needed to take an exam. No mention of this the day before. The lady helping me is rude and acts like she's inconvenienced by helping. Bad vibes and bad attitudes here. "Would I recommend this business?" Absolutely and definitely not. I needed to get an AZ Driver's License after moving here from out of state. Given the long waits at the DMV I thought this would be a good alternative. I couldn't have been more mistaken. First, they charge $50 to get the license which, if it was a convenience, I'd be happy to pay. However, after not receiving the license in the mail after two weeks I called and was advised to keep waiting. After waiting another month, I called back and was then conveniently told that I'd need to return to the office to take a new picture and pay an additional $50 fee because at this point I "waited to long." After asking on the phone if this could be waived since no one at any point mentioned they had an in office policy that they'll retake the photo free of charge within a month but not thereafter the incredibly rude employee declined to do so, blamed me for not knowing their policy, told us to go to the DMV and hung up. If you're looking for an alternative to the DMV I'd highly recommend that you go literally anywhere but here. I would've rather driven all the way to Phoenix for better service. Truly, unbelievable to me so the only silver is lining is my hope that my experience can save someone else from having the same. Best of luck! I recently bought a car from an auction and all I wanted to do was get the title in my name. I went in asking for a title transfer and the lady gave me a hard time due to the fact I have an out-of-state license but I have documentation that shows I have an address in California and in Arizona and it just easier for me to have a California license. She was asking for unnecessary documentation and wanted me to bring my wife in to sign paperwork on something that she did not need to so I ended up going somewhere else that was more helpful and was more straightforward. We didn't recommend coming back here ever again. read more

At the Campbell & Irvington location, Valerie became irritated when the selling member of our party filled out more than she wanted on the back of the car title. She had to fill out an "Error" form and did so visibly annoyed. When I questioned it, she became argumentative. Valerie displays ZERO customer service skills. I really hope the other employees do not treat customers the way Valerie treated us. Next time I would rather stand in a long line at MVD than stand in a short line at AZ Auto License and have Valerie help us. Management, please send her back to training. read more

I work for a used car dealership that is close to this Title Service business. I use the term "service" loosely. The 1st time I came here to get title work done I was turned away because I wanted to pay with a check. That was understandable. The 2nd time I came to get title work done I was turned away because I didn't have ID proving that I worked for the dealership. This is the first time I've encountered this at a title service business. The 3rd time I came to get title work done I was turned away because the employee told me that they don't have a contract with my dealership. The 4th time I was turned away because they told me that they can't print out titles for dealers. Lol. WHAT?! Every other title service business in town can so I don't know why they can't. I will never return. Basically this review is a public service announcement to any other dealers in town that are looking to get title work done here. Avoid this place like the plague. There are dozens of other Title Service businesses in town who you can give your money to. read more

I needed notary services and shocked at the clerks behavior. She performed the requested services but acted as though she was having to deal with scum the entire time. If I could give this business a -5 star rating I would! The employees of this establishment (particularly the woman in her late 50's) are RUDE and CONDESCENDING. read more

I was able to get an appointment to switch my out-of-state license and registration with a few days' notice, although they also do walk-ins. What I'm sure would have turned into a multi-visit affair with the regular DMV was quickly resolved in a single visit, as they were able to answer my questions over email ahead of time and help make sure I had all the required paperwork to take someone else off my title signed/notarized in advance. More expensive than the DMV, true, but certainly more convenient. Note - it's my understanding that only the Prince location does travel IDs/licenses. Careful because the address that comes up in Apple Maps as of 8/9/20 is 1337 E Prince, but the actual address is 1337 W Prince. It's only a few blocks difference so I was still able to make my appointment on time, but I was certainly irritated with Apple Maps when I pulled into the parking lot of some random place expecting to be at AAL. The wait times are ridiculous now that they have placed a limit on the amount of people they can attend. I believe they did this so they don't have to see as many people and not have to "work" as hard. Most of the things they do there only should take a few minutes. The older ladies at this establishment that look well past retirement age have burnt out attitudes that are not welcoming and they ask you to wait outside while it's 97 degrees while there is only one person being attended to. The owner should consider hiring a more friendly staff to attend customers. We are paying extra for a service to avoid long lines at the dmv, but in return we get rude treatment from the staff. Needless to say, I won't be referring this place to anyone anymore and I certainly won't be coming back read more

This place is my favorite place to go when I have any title or registration to do's. They are professional and courteous. They also know there stuff! I give them 5 stars for the level of service and immeasurable experience. read more
