AZ Demo completed the job and met all the requirements agreed upon in the contract except schedule. The task was removal of a pool, existing landscape and rest yard to grade/compression test to build new pool. Agreed upon timeframe was one week to start on a Saturday then end on Thursday. What happen was a mis-communication from office and field resulting in a start on the Monday following the Saturday, normal construction miss-fire. Started on Monday and was suppose to end Thursday same week, actually end the Saturday of following week. This delay caused not being able to have some projects and sub-contractors from starting task on time costing me two subcontractors to back out of schedule. This impacted schedule by one month on start of new pool excavation and landscaping trenching from re-scheduling, now these that's a big hit. Pool will not be done in July has been rescheduled to finish middle of August. Compaction did not pass soil test, 92-95 was required to pass received 85 at deep end of old pool dig refill. Pool company agreed to work with results and extra gunnite maybe needed if wall fails. Impact on cost - extra gunnite dirt compression fail in deep pool refill est. 1-2k, frustrated pool contractors. Lesson learned - add a week to each task and you won't have issues and have demo company fix failed compression results to reassure pool dig will have positive results.. Communication happens Monday-Thursday with Maria but when she is not in office on Friday, it's better to text and wait till someone can contact you later, Maria is quick to respond but she does not work Friday. The crew that came out worked there butt off and for that I am grateful, in the end it just came down to compression test fail and not allot of communication if Maria is not in the office. Would I recommend, yes but just learn from what happen to me. read more

Arizonademolitionexperts was able to tear down a home for us of about 2500 square-foot and they were able to save some walls as an investor I want to keep some walls so it's not considered a fully new bill and the city is able to give me the permits and the greenlight so I can just rebuild using those walls and it's a faster process of me making a new remodel they also took out a concrete slab about 500 square-foot that was the storage in the back and they did it in the gray and timely manner. They even finish the job within a day that they anticipated Fred to be finished so they were really fast and efficient if I am in the need to get a health done as quickly as possible and as professionally and safely I would definitely use Arizona demolition expert's again I am an investor in Arizona so I'm sure I will cross paths again with them in the next few months. read more

Three men showed up the day that they said, and did exactly what they said that they would. This was done in the Summer of 2020. The second time that I hired Arizona Demolition Experts, I again spoke with Ashley, the receptionist who is a real 'go-getter', and highly efficient. She sent Chris Milan out, who negotiated a price with me to remove a patio cover that was not up to Scottsdale code. Second I had a new '10 x 20' Arrow Shed installed, but it was installed at an angle and part of the shed was not on the concrete, because my electrician had to move it to pass code on the new electrical panel board. I hired them the first week of April, they completed their work, Friday, April 9, 2021. Again, their crew of two men showed up exactly when they said they would, and did exactly what they said they would do. They even showed me what they had done prior to leaving.
