Horrible unreliable company. Our group tried to rent tables & chairs for a party in AZ located at a house 15 min from the business address. Paid in advance and then on the day of, no calls or emails and they could not be reached via phone or email. Completely ghosted and took the money. They claim they "didnt have service" to contact us, which is false. Not a single one of the guests staying at the house had phone service issues. They also claimed they "couldn't find the house" which is false as none of the many party attendees had any issues finding the house. It's 12 mi from the rental company and only takes 2 left turns to get there, it could not be simpler. would give 0 stars if we could. Customer service for this company, couldn't be worse. I filled out the online form to reserve and rent a bounce house for my daughter's birthday. I heard nothing. I decided I better call to confirm. Good thing I did, so I could confirm I needed a totally different company. When I called, the woman who answered the phone was more than frazzled. She hadn't seen the online reservation - then found it when we were on the phone. Then she said she was VERY busy and wasn't sure she could fulfill the request. She said she had to check and would get back to me within an hour or so. In case you're wondering, that was on April 12th. I'm still waiting for the phone to ring to see if she can fulfill the request. I called Fun And Jump, instead and they confirmed the reservation in 30 minutes. read more

Unreliable. Never delivered the rental I ordered and never called to tell me they weren't coming.

This is not the company to plan your events. The lady that we worked with was rude on a number of occasions. We ordered a dunk tank and some carnival games, we later cancelled the dunk tank and they cancelled our whole order. I called the day of our event to confirm delivery of the games. The same lady said she would check on an eta and would call me back. After no returned call, I callback only to hear that they accidentally cancelled our whole order and were not be able to bring the games because we were too far. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone due to their poor customer service, false advertising and rude employees. I called to book an event with them only for them to cancel my reservation after the fact because they didn't want to travel to my area anymore which is well in their delivery coverage as they advertised in bold print on their website ( I live in Gilbert... all freeway for them) even after charging me additional fees just for travel and set up. The first time I called to inquire I was greeted by a lady who didn't sound too excited to be at work that day and treated me as though she didn't have the time to give me information about their services and quickly/rudely rushed me off the phone to find the information on their website. After collecting the information I needed I then called back and reserved an event. The event was canceled by them through email and when I called to speak to the manager/ owner Charlie to collect an explanation and better understanding as to why I was given the run around from the rude lady prior ( who gave me two different names by the way Vikki then Kathy) about Charlie contacting me. Finally after a few calls he decided to reach out and give sad excuses as to how much time it would take to drive( which they were charging me additional fees to do so to begin with) then about how many people it takes to set up and perform ( which is all the same no matter where they travel to perform) then gave an excuse about the quality of their equipment and wear and tear.....the point of you having the fancy costumes and things are to use them to perform right????.....so what does it matter they still have to go for the ride no matter where you drive them to. He had no real reason or a halfway decent reason as to why they couldn't keep the reservation even tho I pointed out that the have no minimum rate for travel that I was in their range of travel I was paying a fee just for the mileage itself.....this entire experience was unpleasant,unprofessional and flat out poor. Awful customer service. The lady was always incredibly rude over the phone every time I inquired about rentals. She would never accept credit card payment for a deposit until the week before the event in case they "couldn't make it". How unreliable! The woman was always incredibly rude. Very, very nicely done! I am on the Board of Directors for a local HOA and reached out to this company to see about a 'Bounce House' for our first ever Community Picnic. Everything was perfect from the beginning - Our Management Group paid by check immediately, we were given an invoice showing paid in full, Day of event 2 gentlemen showed up exactly on time, set everything perfectly and returned when expected to break down. This was exactly what we were looking for and expect to add them to our community 'Approved Vendor' list. Looking forward to our next transaction! read more

WORST, WORST, WORST customer service EVER!!! Vicki was incredibly rude and unprofessional on the phone!! She said she would call me back-and didn't-FIVE TIMES!!! Said she would send me an email-didn't do it! I kept calling to confirm but she always said, "I'm busy, can I call you in an hour?" We rented from this company last year and had no issues but this year was different. Per the contract, they were supposed to set up at 2:30pm as the party started at 4:30pm. They never showed - I called at 3pm and they said it would be 45 mins before they showed up. The poor gentleman was setting up during our party which meant we also had to finish setting our portion after everything was delivered. It cut into the party time as the bounce house that we had specifically organized to be up and running at the start of the party was cut short making time for less use. The guy said he was looking for our house for 2 hours... really with no phone call? The contract says we're only 3.6 miles away. Very disappointing. Unfortunately we will not be using this company again. read more

My friend and I planned her son's birthday party and we wanted to have a bouncy and two concession stands. I called Vicki the week before the party date, Sunday, and she was going to email me the rental agreement and credit card receipt to sign. Monday came and went, Tuesday came and went, so on Wednesday I called to see if maybe I missed the email she was going to send. She was slightly confused as to who I was and what I was asking but soon realized and said she would email me the next day, Thursday. Thursday came and went, Friday came and went still nothing. Now to the actual party day, Saturday, not only were they an hour late but we were told that we had to man the concession stands ourselves! We also were supposed to provide our own ice and cooler for the snow cone machine. None of this was disclosed at the time of booking so we were completely unprepared. After a couple of phone calls $75.00 was refunded and a cooler and ice were delivered. Vicki is very nice but if you are expecting organized and professional, look elsewhere. read more

When I first spoke with Vickie about booking some equipment and explained that my friend would be paying for it (friend lives in a different state), she was very accommodating about it. However that quickly turned sour when my friend was trying to reach her and not getting return calls. Was told that her card would be charged on a specific day and one week later it still wasn't charged. When Vickie and I spoke about what time I wanted everything set up, she kept asking me when I wanted her to get there. When I asked how long it takes to set up, I never got a clear answer. So I said this is what time my guests will arrive, I want it up and running at that time, so whenever you need to get here to make that happen. Still couldn't tell me. Her set-up guy called me 8 min after he was supposed to arrive to let me know he would be 45 min late. We found out when he arrived that I was in charge of setting up the concessions (odd) and that I had to provide ice for the snow cones. That was never communicated to me by Vickie over the phone when ordering the equipment. Providing ice is no big deal, had I known before my party started. Needless to say it was a disaster and quite embarrassing as my guests sat around for an hour waiting for the jumpy house. What I thought was a great deal, and an initial good call with Vickie, turned into a major mess. To be told that I was in the wrong, and because my friend would be paying for it from another state was "complicating", is the worst customer service ever. I gave three stars for the set up guy who was wonderful and none of this was his fault, however I would not recommend renting from this company. read more

I would not recommend. I attempted to rent a Jump Castle for a couple hours for a birthday party. The woman I spoke with was rude and combative. I asked for her insurance certificate (proof of insurance) two days prior to the event, to ensure liability coverage. She asked me "Why would I need insurance?" to which I replied "Why wouldn't you?" If a company has insurance and is covered, this should not be an issue (in fact I called another company and they provided it via email within a couple hours), but for her it was. She stated, quite rudely, that she was not going to go through the trouble of getting the information I requested because it was not a large event and that it wasn't worth it (terrible customer service!). This led me to believe this company is not actually insured which is a liability for any customer that chooses to use them.
