I will start by saying that the best part was dealing with Casey, our delivery guy!! He was professional, efficient, friendly and prompt!! He even reminded me to put our dog away so that he didn't escape!! He is certainly an asset to this company!! I had reserved with another company who didn't confirm so I checked with him. I was told I had no reservation. I was very happy that I confirmed rather than have a dozen disappointed kids!! By this time, they were sold out for my date so I checked Yelp and then talked to Mr. B. Mr. B let me know that he had availability. He knew his inventory off the top of his head. He even knew that the specific bouncer that I was asking about was available despite not being in the office! He also told me that he has been in business for over 20 years!! He said that he has over a hundred bouncers and made it work for us despite not much notice! He also told me not to worry about curbing because they will make it work and even provide tarps/blankets at not charge to cover the curbing if necessary!! I submitted an online request for a deluxe Disney princess inflatable. I received a text shortly thereafter from the company number which is supposedly operated by Chad's wife. We texted back and forth until I thought we both understood what I wanted. The day of the event I received the wrong inflatable. When "Chad" was called he claimed I received the deluxe Disney inflatable which was what I ordered. What I received was the Disney princess which is a standard inflatable with a Disney banner. The inflatable I wanted was a Disney castle named deluxe Disney princess. He accepted responsibility, but also made excuses. He stated he would have to look into who I had been texting back and forth ...really?? He compensated me $10 for the mistake. That was not really a compensation in my mind more of a discount for an inflatable I didn't order. I would suggest the company be more familiar with their product names or change the names so this confusion doesn't happen to someone else. If you book with mr.
