Everything! When I lived the repairs were never done, I am so glad I moved out. Hallways had roaches and was gross.

Renters beware. This community may look beautiful from the outside, but my experience raised…read moreserious concerns about guest parking and towing practices. I was delivering groceries to a disabled resident living in an ADA-accessible apartment during the evening after the leasing office had already closed. The resident instructed me to park in the "Future Resident" parking area because nearby street parking was completely full and there appeared to be no reasonable guest parking available. I was away from my vehicle only long enough to walk from the keypad entrance, through the property, up the elevator, and deliver three bags of groceries to the resident on the second floor. By the time I returned, my car was already hooked up to a tow truck. When I ran over to explain the situation, I was told I had to immediately pay $100 or my car would be taken to the tow yard. I explained I was assisting a disabled resident and had only been gone for a few minutes, but there was no flexibility or warning given. The signage regarding towing was not clearly visible when entering the property at night, especially compared to the much brighter and more noticeable leasing office signage. The leasing office was closed at the time, and there did not appear to be adequate parking for the size of the community. It honestly felt like tow trucks actively monitor the area waiting for someone to park briefly. In addition, the hallways had a strong odor of animal urine during my visit. I encourage future residents and visitors to be extremely cautious about parking policies here and to fully understand where guests are allowed to park before stopping, even briefly.

Don't recommend this complex at all. Tow vehicles even in the uncovered parking spots. Rarely any…read morestreet parking and no parking in the garage across. Many amenities they claim to offer are "out of service" I.e the coffee machine in the clubhouse, restrooms by the pool. The Pool barely gets any sunlight and is not heated. Paying monthly for valet trash that doesn't come everyday? Had a paint project that lasted months. I could go on. Not satisfied and won't be renewing the lease

This is a great place to live! I have never seen any bugs in my home. The property is always clean and sparkly. The pool is gorgeous and the workout room over looks the mountains. The management is super friendly and helpful. I love living at the Avalon!

Did it make my daughter's feet peel and my legs ache?, yes, but are the roaches dead?, yea... I mean, you have to pick your poison, and in this case that is to be taken literally. Do you want the poisonous debris of roach droppings all over your home, or a little boric acid poisoning? I called the poison control center and they said to mop it up and I should be fine, so I did, but if these roaches come back I'm just gone have to flatline, because I literally can't breathe with roaches around as they affect my asthma. I also don't have the extra $10,000 for another cash deposit for a place to let me in since I have a COVID eviction after I was illegally evicted during the Moratorium by those who shall not be named *coughs* (Scott Clark's law office) *coughs*. Oh well, I guess when life gives you roach-a-nade you make Boric Acid deposits all over your home til they're dead and gone. On a positive note: I LOVE the views from my apartment. Its close to EVERYTHING, and the community is amazingly well kept... ON THE OUTSIDE... The pool is spectacular, I can see Sprouts from my patio, and Ace Hardware is a 3 minute walk if for any reason you (read you absolutely will) need roach repellent. If you move here, have an open mind about how you want to live and create that atmosphere for yourself. I paid to have my own toilets unclogged and they gave me my money back, so if you need to fix something pertinent to your happy, healthy existence, do so and send them the bill. They will take it off your rent, or take you to court, and no judge will side with a landlord over a tenant whose rent is padding the pockets of a person not looking to ensure their housing situation is up to par. This community uses the Scott Clark law office, but they were only practicing law at a limited capacity, so they will not want smoke if their client, your landlord, is in the wrong. Trust me. Live your best lives unapologetically happy and roach free my friends.
