I couldn't be happier with the care that I received at Arizona Pain Relief in Anthem. For me, after following the treatment plan I was prescribed, my pain completely subsided. I was thoroughly impressed with the consistent care and respect that I was shown each visit by Dr. Frogley and my Physical Therapist, Mike. I would also be amiss if I didn't mention the fantastic front office staff! By far some of the best customer service I've ever received. Anthem location...Horrible experience with both the chiropractic and PT asst. disrespecting the patients wishes as to their medical treatment and acting rudely and unprofessional and being confrontational with patients; they NEVER answer the phone making it EXTREMELY difficult to work with appointments. They had no PT for a whole week practically and they never called the patients to let them know not to come in...although THEY charge $25 fee if patients dont call them and give 24 hour notice for appt cancellation. THE PT ASST. Violated HIPPA LAWS on their patient; the PT ASST. comes to work sick and exposes all the patients and other employees INSTEAD of staying home like your supposed to; I suggest you find another location or business to help your pain needs (Not Anthem). read more

Think of the song " smiling faces" if you go to this place. Beware of the pat on the back! So sorry I invested money in this place for no help at all. If you like your procedures cancelled same day go ahead. 4 times they have cancelled on me. They send in your insurance 2 days before the procedure and say they are waiting on it. AZ Pain Relief is fantastic! I have had Chiro and PT treatments for years, but Dr Johansen has found issues with me that others have not found in the past 15 years of treatments Dr Johansen has done more for me in 6 treatments, than the last 10 weeks of PT and chiro Robert is great in rehab, my RN Julie gives great injections and Liz is my super friendly case manager I will eventually have stem cell treatments and AZ Pain Relief is definitely where I will have that done read more

My life has been changed! I'm 100% better than I used to be and I'm serious! I have to share what a great place Arizona Pain Relief of Anthem, has done for me. I was in so much pain all over my body it was almost hard to pin point all the places. I have a physically demanding job and carry so much tension in my shoulders, hips lower back and my knees. My knees caused me so much pain I wasn't sleeping through the night. I know this sounds sad but I really had given up hope to feeling good again, I thought this was the new normal. I'm so grateful to Dr. Frogley for my adjustments and truly being committed to helping me find relief from the pain in my lower back and shoulders and neck, and he is the coolest, nicest, genuine Doctor I'm so grateful to your passion for helping me! Stephanie my injectionist has a tough job and I was not excited to meet with her at first. But!!! Oh my goddess she changed my life with knee pain. I know this sounds crazy but I didn't know I could be pain free and I am!! Through weekly knee injections, shoulder and lower back I'm pain free I really mean this I'm pain free! Went back a year later and they acted more like salesmen, trying to sell me anything they could. I felt like its was a used car lot. I had a really good chiropractor a year ago. I don't know if he still works there, but the new chiropractor should sell cars. read more

Hurt my back a few months ago and it was great to get treatment here. I was able to get diagnosed, adjusted, treated, and get injections and physical therapy all in one place at the same appointment. Sought treatment for difficulty walking. As it turns out I have a fractured vertebrae. Within a week, Dr. Johansen had me upright and helped me explore my different treatment options. Since moving to Anthem, I have tried to support business and looking for quality healthcare providers. As a healthcare provider myself, it is important that I find someone who is professional and is current in practice. I walked into this establishment and felt at home immediately. All the staff was friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. It was around the holidays and injured myself....I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to get an appointment with anyone. I not only got my first appointment the next day or two but was able to make F/U appt easily and convenient to my work schedule. I was treated with respect and found their treatment very beneficial. On the very first appointment I came walking in all crooked and walked out standing straight. I would recommend this practice and give it 5 stars!!! read more
