I told them I was no longer coming in to avoid charges, plus I didn't need it anymore but they made me think I did. The woman who told me she was "so happy for me!!!" That I'd healed and no longer needed their services, said it was all taken care of, then the next week I get a creepy call from one of the physical therapists asking where I was. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND CREEPY!!!!!!!!!

The staff at OSR we're all incredibly friendly. They talked to him about his pain and how he's been impacted. They made him feel so comfortable and heard. Chris, the director, was so awesome with him. He explained everything in a way that my son could understand and not be terrified by. Our pediatrician had told us the issues with his feet were "no big deal" "super common for active kids his age" and "he'd grow out it". Chris was honest with my son about what was happening with not just his feet, but his whole lower body. He told him the work it would take in the PT office and at home to really start feeling better. During our first visit we did a lot of stretching, heat therapy and some cupping to loosen up the Achilles' tendon, calves and hamstrings. He felt pretty sore afterwards but Chris has set that expectation with him. He was actually pretty optimistic leaving the office, which has been a rarity the last few months since he's been in such pain and trying to play through it. We can't wait to go back next week and getting our little guy back to his speedy confident self again.

This is the way physical therapy should be done I am a corrective exercise specialist and a…read moreclinical massage therapist who works with an entire family that truly believes in Impact and their process. Eric and his team have been working with my client and her family for years, and when I came into the picture, I tagged along to shadow Eric's work. I was fascinated by the care, skill, and professionalism that was taking place. Immediately I knew my client, after her broken tib/fib (10mos) treatment, had been in great hands, and it really had shown through her results. She and I have been able to progress her recovery at lightning speed, which made both her and myself very happy! Eric and Sarah and the crew have done an amazing job, and it's very easy to see the reason for their success. They care about the patient, the community, and the process, and their access to a gym facility makes them second to none. Thank you IPT for all the work you've done in having such a great Impact on my client's lives!!!

Impact Physical Therapy has been amazing so far. I was in an accident that left me with several…read moreinjuries, and being in my third trimester of pregnancy has made getting treatment extra tricky. A lot of places either don't have experience treating pregnant women or are super limited in what they'll actually do, which can be really frustrating, even with my OB's approval. I was going to another PT place before this and honestly felt kind of hopeless. They weren't very personable or confident, and I felt like they were too scared to touch me, like I just had to wait until after I gave birth to get real help. I knew I was capable of doing more and wasn't improving at all, it was starting to take a toll on my mental health. Deciding to switch to Impact was the best move I could've made. The care here is night and day. You actually work with physical therapists one-on-one, not just techs, and everyone is super friendly, professional, and knows what they're doing. They offer a bunch of holistic treatment options like cupping, massage, dry needling, stretching, and strength work. I've only been going a little over a week, and already I feel so much more hopeful. I'm willing to do the work, I just needed the right guidance, and they've absolutely given me that. They don't treat me like I'm fragile or extremely limited just because I'm pregnant, and that means so much. I'm excited to keep going and finally feel like I'm on the right path to recovery.
