The person working was very nice and helpful but whoever the boss is at the Miami Dade location was claiming it was my fault the battery wasn't charging even thought that was the first time I went to charge the device and the best offer she could give me was 20%. Absolutely ridiculous and will not be buying from here or recommending this place to anyone ever again. I wasted money on a battery that no longer works after its first use and am accused of it being my fault with no replacement or refund, just "buy another battery." If I didn't continue to complain, I would've have gotten more of a discount but I should've been offered a refund or a replacement instead of telling me it's because I fried the battery yet it died for the first time when I went to charge it and it didn't light up, therefore the battery is faulty.

The first incident, I went in to visit my friend who worked there - he wasn't working and the man behind the counter had his head down looking at his phone so I left especially since I wasn't acknowledged. Next thing I know, the man chased after me around the corner and yelled through a crowd of people "Was everything okay?! Did we not have something?!". I felt harassed and racial profiled frankly... it felt like he was insinuating that I'd stolen something.. TWO years later, I decided to go back - big mistake! First of all, the cashier advertised "buy one, get two free" while it was actually the other way around so that's a slight yet significant difference... The real issue was regarding the ID machine. One of the men behind the counter looks at my ID and said "mmm it looks kind of weird" despite it being a real Florida ID.. He tries scanning it and it doesn't work but I let them know it has issues scanning at the airport sometimes but I can verify another way.. Then another worker comes over, admits to never actually using the scanner and the first guy says "well look. Something looks off about this ID".. So they fiddle with the machine for a 5 more minutes then I just tell them to give my ID back so I can go somewhere else. As I was walking out of the door, I heard "Aw yeah it was fake." Honestly I just laughed it off and took my business elsewhere... Looking youthful isn't a crime USmoke!
