We had rotten wood to be taken out and replaced. All of our soffit & fascia along with gutters were taken down and replaced. The difference in the before & after is astounding. As a side note, we have finally found men that show up when they say they will- and do their contracted work in the same manner. Thank goodness we do not have to keep looking for people that know what they're doing..... we've found a place for one-stop shopping in Michigan. When she stopped to pick out fabric they never said it would cost more (over quote). I would have told them yo keep it but it was my wifes grandmothers chair and I told her I would get it done for her birthday. I about had a heart attack ws hen we picked it up. Then for $570.00 we had to take it back to get it done right. Don't go there, dishonest schisters!

I called at 9 and he answered but said he was a little slow this morning. Said he would be here in an hour. He called back a few minutes later and asked if I had seen the weather. Now he says it's suppose to rain at noon. I reminded him, if he would have been here on time he would have been finished by then. Again I confirmed he would be here in an hour. Got a text a few minutes later saying his child had been in the hospital and he was too tired. Sent me a screen shot of texts about his child. Not something I want to see...personal. All he had to do was contact me before 8:30 and let me know he had a family emergency and wouldn't be able to make it. Instead he completely ignored me and wasted my time. He says he is a good worker with a lot of experience. However, in my book being on time, communicating with your client and making excuses after the fact is inexcusable.
