So there is a certain amount of triaging done over the phone. They do explain they are an emergency facility and there is a standard fee for the initial consultation, any further required treatment and diagnostics are more. The staff at the North Hykeham location were very calming and welcoming to help with the nature of the visit. They offered me all the options and did a very thorough job of explaining the possibility of side effects. They also gave me all the scenarios ranging from best to worse, which is always tough but needed, and this information was given in a very sensitive manner. They shared some of their experiences which was helpful. I would recommend this location for anyone that needs an emergency veterinary clinic.
