All work was done in a few hours, and he took the time to listen to my needs and helped figure out a new, better drain pattern. Upon completion of the job, he told me to keep an eye on one area he had tested that was flowing well, but might need an adjustment. I did as instructed for the next year, and when cleaning the gutters (I did not opt for gutter guards) did notice a slight amount of standing water. So, I gave Willie a call and he came back out and made an adjustment for me. BUT, not only did he do that, but he cleaned all the gutters in the process as well as my roof (which did need to be done, but certainly not by him)! He also worked with me to add on an underground drain pipe taking the gutter water further away from my foundation, an idea I never would have thought of, for a great price. Absolutely recommend!

One bedroom with very light, low pile carpet had areas stained treated that did not come totally clean, and areas that appeared clean immediately after cleaning have "reappeared" in exactly the same place/size in a matter of a few weeks. This carpet has the "waterproof backing", so perhaps that's a factor? Not sure, But I will go back to steam cleaning for that room after one try with Chem-Dry.

We had to reschedule or push 4 times. Everytime we called to reschedule, they were so gracious. When Mac showed up, he was polite, professional and courteous as the seller was moving out, and we were moving in. He was in the middle. He stayed late (8:30pm ish) to ensure that he didn't miss a spot. So very thankful for his efforts. The house looks great. The tile looks brand new!
