Your staff member ms stephanie Cowan is your tester in hot springs on 2/25 and 2/26 of this year she is unprofessional and rude and not a very nice person nor is she representing your school in a manner fitting your accomplishments as a school she was out of line with the hotel staff and me as a guest like her she was just mean too she got nothing by cooperation from the hotel staff in every way and she was still yelling and screaming g thru out the hotel for 30 mins or more demanding g a MOD telling the staff she was recording them and going g to turn them in to there manager for not helping her which they were helping her she need to be put on leave without pay and your school needs to fix what she did with hotel hot springs we love it here and she was not being g nice nor 5th grade teacher like at all ...smh she is not a kind person read more
