Make sure you call the contractor board to make sure thier licenses has not expired, and they are pulling the proper permits. This company will build projects they are not properly licensed to begin, much less complete. They just completed a roof on a church in Mountain Pine that far exceeded what their license allows. SMS Roofing's owner and manager approved the job, so they obviously do not care about local building codes. If that is not enough, the management decided not to pay their top sales rep a commission of $8000.00, I guess that integrity part in the bio must be a lie as well.
