Hunter worked with me to make the project come within my budget. Yeah, I know, almost all painters can do that. But, the actual laborers make the difference! Ephraim and Christian went above the estimation and contract by fixing minor imperfections and sanding the cabinets prior to painting. Ephraim suggested a couple of additional touches which took the project from very good to spectacular. Quality workmanship shows in the final touches.

Without hesitation, he jumped right in--patient, kind, and so willing to help. Those panels would never have gone up without him! He spent hours carefully cutting and fitting each one around outlets, the vanity, and other tricky areas, making sure everything looked perfect. Even when my husband and I were ready to settle for "good enough," he wasn't--he took panels back down and realigned them until they were flawless. He even removed a glued-on mirror and light fixture just to make sure the finish behind them was seamless. His professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in his work truly stand out. He kept his workspace tidy, cleaned up multiple times throughout the project, and left absolutely no mess behind. I'd recommend Mr. Paint a thousand times over! He'll be handling all of our future projects--no question about it.

Make sure you call the contractor board to make sure thier licenses has not expired, and they are pulling the proper permits. This company will build projects they are not properly licensed to begin, much less complete. They just completed a roof on a church in Mountain Pine that far exceeded what their license allows. SMS Roofing's owner and manager approved the job, so they obviously do not care about local building codes. If that is not enough, the management decided not to pay their top sales rep a commission of $8000.00, I guess that integrity part in the bio must be a lie as well.

The man is flaky and doesn't even know me and doesn't know my city as well as he thinks he does to presume that the house and its people aren't worth anything. Furthermore, if he did, he'd know that I've already spent $22,000 on this renovation project and that I'm not too low-end for the engineered wood flooring of my choice. I'd never been so disgusted in my life by a business. My money is as green as anyone else's in this country and I shouldn't be treated as if I'm less than.
