This was the worst experience to have to go through with such incompetent crooks. Cindy was so fake…read moreup until we completely paid the $7500.00 for a bare minimum gravesite burial. We didn't even have a memorial. Cindy has horrible customer service. She told us that we could put a down payment down and then make monthly payments after a credit check. Then two days later she said that because we lived in Missouri, we could not get qualified for credit to make payments because we lived out of town!!! This was the craziest thing I've ever heard!! I told her that credit is nationwide and has nothing to do with location! She said that if we defaulted on the loan she wouldn't be able to find us. I couldn't believe what kind of scam she was running! I mean it may have worked on a more simpleminded person!! I informed her that she was full of p00p and that I was tired of hearing her lies so we paid it in full. Worst most inadequate unprofessional woman I've ever dealt with in my time of grief. Also before we got to the gravesite, she told us we may not have an open casket because he didn't look too good. Then when there was an open casket, he looked fine! Also they charged us for embalming and I didn't think they needed to. Further, Cindy said she wouldn't get the 6 death certificates that we ordered until 3-4 weeks because the Missouri doctor was slow. But we ended up going to the health department ourselves 4 days later and it was there!!! She is so full of p00p!! The only reason why we had to deal with her is because it was the family cemetery!!! Do not deal with her! Rude and lies!
