On Superbowl Sunday morning, I had a blowout on a tire and dropped off just the tire since I had put on the spare. Unfortunately, when I dropped it off, I didn't tell them it was going to need a new tire, so the person who took it wrote it up as a repair. When I showed up to pick it up, the tire wasn't fixed. They had to get the Team Lead, Jon, to help me. After hearing from me, he helped me pick a tire, checked me out, and then personally put on the tire on my rim. He helped me, even though I was the one who had made the mistake at dropoff. I just wanted to share how thankful I was for the level of service I received. It was above and beyond the call of duty.

I would not recommend curbside to anybody at this specific Walmart especially uber drivers or…read moredoordash. the workers just control everything and cancel any order they want at any moment unneeded. They don't know how to load a car simply up. might as well do my own damn shopping. Everything is just on top of each other all over the place , falling out of bags especially glass items. Most of the time every time I go to the back to unload, the groceries for real falling out at me. the employees common respect? no hi? how are you? you have a great day like what? bro like the trunk open and everything. he lucky i would've smacked him out his mama wish i got his name next time i go. definitely will be following up with you guys. You're getting paid too damn good to have a crappy attitude. This is beyond ridiculous. This is my fourth time getting a pick up order on Uber and I dread it every single time because of their crappy attitude and not knowing how to load a car up properly. Way Wrong, if you are in the area on any given friday, and the planets alighn to when the owners wife decides to cook. She only makes one thing, and one thing only. SAMOSA'S. If you don't know, now you know. Although Samosa's similar to empenadas, or other patties can all have varied ingredients, these are an Indian all veggies and spice samosa, mostly potatoe based with a amazing flake crust. I have had the good fortune to have worked in Seguin for many years and this is one of those many hidden gems of the town. Absolutely zero greeting, no pause in their conversation, it was like we weren't in there at all. My son and I proceeded to look around the store, trying to locate their "loose leaf tea". It's way more "manageable" than bigger H-E-Bs, & while they might not have the obscure organics or artisanal offerings of a Central Market or other H-E-B's, this store is a hidden gem. The shelves are always stocked, the aisles are always clear, & the associates are always happy & quick to help. I pretty much know where everything is, but the few times I've wandered aimlessly looking for something, fellow shoppers -- mostly older & wiser -- have helped me find whatever it is I'm hunting down. I've always preferred small grocery stores to large ones, & I really have a soft spot for this one. Maybe because I grew up in the area, or maybe I just like how leisurely a shopping trip here is; I enjoy my time spent here, & I think it's a nice change of pace from the Walmarts & Targets of the world. A pro-tip: the H-E-B app is a great help for a store as condensed as this one (& any H-E-B in general). It tells you aisle by aisle if they have something you want in stock, so you can save time, gas, & energy if you need something in a pinch.
