well I have lived here since 2008, we have been though a lot of property mangers in the front office! I was debating on signing another year here, but the young ladies we have up front has made that decision for me. So far, I think that the some of the staff has been very friendly and helpful. I wish that the bathrooms were updated in the townhomes. the only issues I have seen since moving here a month ago is the electrical outlets were very loose; parking seems to be horrible where I live. I have also fallen 3 times since moving in due to nature of course. The worst thing was this past weekend I slipped on ice in the back parking lot and hurt my tailbone and elbow because of the icy conditions. I went to the office and told them about it and asked if I could treat the ice myself and she was kind of rude about it. Instead of saying I will send someone out to treat the conditions, she said sure you can put it out. For the most part, I wish that the parking was better. some of the cars have not even moved since the beginning of December. read more

We have been residents here for 2 years and the maintenance men are incredibly rude and condescending. The first week we moved in, there was a leak from our bathtub and it made its way to the kitchen ceiling where the drywall collapsed and made a mess. This was at night time. There is a "24/7" maintenance hotline and the apartment provides you with a list of what is deemed an emergency of which one is a leak through the ceiling. My boyfriend calls them and they yell at him. The maintenance man says "I'm at the employee holiday party, I'm not coming over for that" and abruptly hangs up. It takes him about 2 days to arrive at the apartment and then he apologizes but not to the boyfriend at which he yelled. They did not fix the leaky pipe but rather put putty over the hole for it to dry and paint so I can't take a bath because if even just the smallest bit goes into the overflow, it leaks into the kitchen and they have expressed they have no intention to replace it. Today it is about 80 degrees out as it is almost summer and has been hot all week and our apartment is currently at 85 degrees with the "cold" air on and window open. We call the maintenance man at 7 PM and as soon as I tell him it's over 80 degrees with the a/c on he says again "I'm not coming out for that, open a window." The lease paper says to call them if there is no a/c and the outside temperature is above 80 and with the window open my apartment is above 80 so it must be near or at least 80 but he refuses to come out to fix it. I explain it's very hot and it would be appreciated but he says that he cannot give me special treatment and then he hangs up the phone. The office staff is generally nice so it is shameful I do not see them as often as we do the maintenance people because they really don't "maintain" anything. Moving in the apartment was disgusting, everything was painted over (classic landlord special) and it is very drafty. read more

Great prices however there bathrooms need some serious attention. Very outdated apartments in general aside from that they are not horrible. I have to say the front office of this place needs some serious attention. The ladies running it are very rude and unprofessional. read more

i wish i could rate it a -2/5. i currently live here and it's absolutely disgusting. dead bugs on-top of cabinets covered in dust, a gigantic hole under my sink, cabinets are lopsided. multiple cracks in walls and ceiling. lobby area is absolutely hideous, floors are pitted and wonky. the laundry room only had one set up and the laundry machines have wires hanging out of them like they were picked up from a scrap yard. i only moved in here because i needed a place to live and this was the only place available. 2 of my friends also live here and they have had multiple ceiling leaks and maintenance still hasnt come and its been over a month. i also pay monthly pest control as part of my rent yet i still had a roach come out of my sink. This place doesnt care about upkeep or its residents. i can pleasantly say i will NOT be renewing my lease. read more

If you want to live someplace that doesn't keep the property updated, this place is it. Entrance and hallways smell like weed. Carpet is only replaced every 7 years. Cleaned it 5 times before moving in and the water still came out brown. Cabinets are worn. Bathroom is worn. Toilet has brown rust. Sliding closet doors fall off constantly. Rent is raises for no reason at end of lease. Wouldn't recommend this place. If I could give it zero stars, I would. read more

Really the most disgusting place I've ever lived in. You got homeless people locking and peeing in the laundry rooms, roaches in the hallways, animal feces in the doorways, mold everywhere, etc. They didn't even have the decency to show me the apartment I signed a lease for and it was truly disgusting. After moving out they had the audacity to charge me $500 worth of cleaning fees. I left the place cleaner than I moved in. Toilets barely flush toilet paper. There's like a $30 fee to even pay rent. Definitely overpriced. There's a reason they don't advertise the apartments on their website only the townhomes (which I heard are no better). If they had a health inspection I bet they would fail. I really wish I would've taken pictures of the place they had me move into. They should be embarrassed. read more

Never have I ever experienced any living environment this bad. My entire building smells like urine because we have homeless people urinating in the laundry rooms. My heating unit in my bedroom doesn't work, the fan in my bathroom is broken and is unbearably loud, so I can't use it. The walls here are so thin I literally can recite to you what my neighbors role played in bed last night and I can actually tell if someone in the unit next to me is using the toilet while I am. Every time I flush the toilet water comes out the side of the tank, the bathrooms are so outdated and beyond a point of repair it's completely unsanitary. The heater in my bathroom can't be turned on because it begins to burn which I can smell. Every time I run the sweeper in my house the fuse blows and I have to switch the breaker. My girlfriend tried to take a bath and the hot water doesn't last long enough to fill up the tub. The longest shower I've gotten is 20 minutes, that was one time. The sink in my bathroom won't drain and when I tried to snake what I assumed to be hair out of the drain an endless amount of BLACK MOLD/slime came out. During our last snow storm I had to shovel my car out to get out of the parking lot while I was sick with covid just to get to the doctor because literally 3 pm the day after the concrete still hadn't been touched? Every interaction I've had with the office has been completely rude, maintenance is highly unprofessional. Spends more time hanging in the parking lots than fixing issues. Never will I ever recommend this property to anyone and I can't wait until my lease is up. I could go on and on with my issues but I won't because the contact high I'm catching from everyone in my hallway smoking weed/cigs is probably going to shine through. Do not move here, you will regret it and if I could leave 0 stars I would. read more

This place is the worst. I CANNOT wait to move. They are aware that we have a problem with homeless people living in the laundry facilities, which I normally wouldn't have a problem with but they piss all over the place including in the drier, and they refuse to do anything about it. Someone broke the handle on one of the stores leading outside and I cut my arm pretty bad on it. I told them and it took them 3 months to fix it. Maintenance still hasn't replaced my fan or air conditioner. Do. Not. Move in. There are plenty of other places in the area. read more

I give this place NEGATIVE stars. It takes calling maintenance 3-4 times repeatedly to even put in a work order for you and another week for them to even come out to fix anything. They constantly try to screw you over with money by not contacting anyone for information until MONTHS after they needed it. The neighborhood is loud and they do not care when you call to complain. I don't even know where to begin.. To start, the clowns they have working in the main office are unprofessional scatter-brains that can't keep track of anything. I've had to send and make multiple emails and calls to get in touch with them. Don't expect them to get back to you. They've entered my apartment multiple times without 24hrs notice. They require a 60 day written notice if you plan to vacate. But expect them to start harassing you 120 days before your lease is up. At first, they'll increase your rent by about $10 (which, to those scumbags is a "deal" for you - note: it's not a general rent increase because if you look online, the prices for the floor plans are exactly what they were a year ago), then another $18 if you don't respond within a couple of weeks. If you don't give them notice to vacate or that you want to renew within 90 days, they'll threaten to switch your lease to month-to-month, adding an additional $200/mo. Which is absolutely ridiculous... But not as ridiculous and unprofessional as the fact that they TAPE the notices to your door, so if they happen to fall off and get picked up as trash or you toss them thinking they're some random maintenance notice, you're essentially screwed because they're unwilling to negotiate prices. There's always trash/animal feces around the front of the building, in the parking areas, and around the trash cans. People don't do a great job of picking up after their pets around the complex and the apartment complex makes zero to little effort trying to keep things clean and tidy. Expect noise, rude (and even aggressive) college students and young adults. As well as a dirty living environment, peeling ceiling paint, water damage, possibly mold, having to take your laundry off-site to do it, possible issues with parking, car damage (from the giant ramp that these morons didn't fix last June when they did an update to the parking lot), and the smell of mj smoke (not a big deal if that doesn't bug you, but people frequently smoke in their apartments and it's obvious). The only redeeming part of this awful place are the maintenance guys that are quick to respond (at least they have been for me) and the space for the --initial--- cost. Otherwise... This place is a headache and a joke. Save yourself time, money, and anxiety and look elsewhere. read more

My best friend lives here, and I was thinking about living here because of how nice it looks. But after hearing about all the shit they have put her through I will never live here nor will I recommend anyone to!! They've tried to kick her out stating she never paid her rent when she did ..thank god it eventually got resolved although dealing with very rude employees at the time.
