When I called for the third time, I was told just to call in at the time of my appointment that someone would be ready to help even if I didn't receive the email confirmation. Of course, that was the wrong information. I called at my confirmed time and got a "let me see if someone is available". I moved meetings around to be available for this call and I was baffled by the lack of respect.
