Came in yesterday for Black Friday. I had an issue with finding sizes for my family and the store manager Mike was so helpful. I know the store was really busy but he was really patient with assisting me. I shop here a couple times a year. Mostly for gifts. I believe Mike helped me last time I was here. I'm really happy that the staff is so reliable because so many other stores in the mall don't even have enough staff on the sales floor to help (I had to leave Primark bc no body was helpful and it was too overwhelming) I know my mom will love her new winter coat! read more

They have the best clothes and the latest trends, the place sometimes has a live DJ spinning too which is cool. Love their manager! She is a tiny lady who is screaming on top of her lungs when there are sales. Very funny. They are over priced. Most of the clothes will go on sale 50% off within 2 month period and its sad. But i guess thats how AX works everywhere, not just Brooklyn. Excellent customer service. I was looking around the store for a couple of shirts. An A/X employee approached me and asked me if I'm looking for anything in particular? I said I'm just looking for a few shirts. She said no problem. Then she told me her name was Beverly, she told me about the sales they were having and she said if I need anything just ask for her. After trying on a few items she place the item I wanted at the register so I could continue shopping and wouldn't have to walk around with the item. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. I recently went into Armani to buy a gift for my boyfriend bday. I usually order online but was in a rush. I walked straight to the back of the store because I knew what I had in mind for a gift, a young man walked up to me and, asked if I needed help? I told him no. the employee stuck by my side while I was shopping (side eye) as I looked for the size I needed he jumps right in and says I'll get it. I told the employee I didn't need help before! the employee decided to send a female over to "assist me" while I'm still deciding what to get, now I see the security guard make his way to the back of the store as if he was so interested before I got there. meanwhile, the Chinese and white people are shopping without being bothered by the so called concerned employee. I work in retail also and we are never this guarded and so obvious if we suspect someone of stealing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE! I decided to take my business to guess a few doors down and the staff was perfect. I really wouldn't preferred my gift from Armani but not that location. hopefully, the New location downtown Brooklyn will be better. watch it black and Spanish people racism is still out there. read more
