They promise to refund your money within 1-2 days of receipt of the package. This did not happen in my case. It took them 15 days and three emails, and they still would not issue the refund. I had to do a chargeback through my credit card company. This was after I provided UPS proof of delivery showing that the package had been received at TB's return facility. They claimed to have "technical difficulties" and promised to investigate, but they held the refund hostage during this process. In other words, they punished me for their own ineptitude. Many similar complaints on Google Reviews and the Better Business Bureau show that this was not a one-time occurrence. Thom Browne has a history of dragging their feet when it comes to issuing refunds. It's a deceptive business practice to advertise a policy and then refuse to follow it. I have never experienced such poor customer service from a luxury brand; most of them go out of their way to accommodate customers because they want repeat business. But I'll never buy from Thom Browne again. I will be donating my only other Thom Browne shirt to the thrift store.
