I travel full-time. I was in WI and needed a part. Called several out of state dealers due to the fact that no-one in WI had the part. I had the privilege of having Melinda D, in parts, work with me. I needed the part overnighted and she got all of the information with a price total. She called me back and we completed the transaction. When she got a tracking number, at my request, she contacted me with the information. I originally had purchased the part from another dealership, had a tracking number, but they never got it to the shipper. So now, I am needing it overnight.
