Was surprised how different Armis Home is compared to American Home Shield (AHS) which is 5! After ~ 2 years of payments, my water heater goes out on a Friday. I tried to restart it according to the instructions on the tank over the weekend because Armis isn't open on weekends. On Monday, a nice Armis Rep tried calling 5 local plumbers/businesses. All refused service. I then called them myself. They said they'd "NEVER WORK WITH ARMIS!!!" So I paid out of pocket. I emailed ARMIS and went online, sent my invoice. Dude calls me, says "oh, sorry, we needed to speak with the plumber BEFORE paying for anything, see photos of the water heater, discuss repairs etc.." "Because this didn't happen, we're not paying." BTW, American Home Shield doesn't put age limits on appliances, ARMIS DOES! American Home Shield doesn't require photos, or discussion of repairs and they're open 24/7. I call, they contact a repairman who calls me for apt and they repair it. Done. I just signed up with AHS. AVOID ARMIS at all costs! read more

Armis/Home Safe's Customer service and I got their service, I took their home warranty for both my houses. Denied my AC claim saying corrosion in my AC coil after a week and half. They are good for nothing, collecting money and denied the claims. Please don't take their warranty service, they are bad, I am going back to American Homeshield,,I was with them over seven years before I came to this bad Armus warranty service, please spread the word read more

We are a service company contracted by Armis to service their customer. After receiving pre approval for jobs and performing the service. The customer paid their deductible then after the fact when they are billed for the balance they deny the claim and say to collect from their customer for the balance owed. Do not recommend the warranty company to anyone. read more

OMG DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Since March 2024 been trying to get $184 reimbursed to me. They say their plan reimburses you anything over Armis $65 service call that YOU pay to the company that comes out for your service call. Te electrician company fixed my problem. They aren't being reimbursed for their work either. Armis refuses to accept their reason why my electrical issue needed repaired. IT WAS A WIRE TO "ONE OUTLET" that was replaced. ONE PLUG OUTLET. The "adjuster at Armis is TODD". Well TODD refuses to call me or the electrician back. We have made numerous calls to Armis. I was told I'm not allowed to talk to adjusters. I was told a "supervisor will call me within 24 hrs". I'm still waiting for that supervisor call since JUNE 25th at 1:49pm. Reported Armis to Attorney Generals office on 6/25/24. I will hear back from Attorney General office soon. I bet Armis won't respond to them either. IF A CLASS ACTION SUIT IS FILED AGAINST ARMIS I WANT IN THAT ACTION FOR REIMBURSEMENT. I have notes on every call made to Armis as well as the electrician company that did the work. Electrician I used is AWESOME. ARMIS ARE THIEVES. I am not giving up on this. This is the truth. After a long involved process ARMIS did make due on their contract but also terminated the contract so I am no longer a customer

Can you give them NO STARS?? Absolutely the worst possible thing to give your money too. They have a clause in the contract to deny everything. How can you cover a toilet but not cover the porcelain. How can you only pay $9 a pound for refrigerant that costs $99 a pound. The only thing that tends to break on a garage door is the spring - guess what isn't covered....yep, the spring. A waterline within a refrigerator is leaking and yep, not covered! Don't waste your money, you should save it to pay for your own repairs because they won't pay for them, they'll just take your money! read more

Armis Home Warranty is a terrible company. I had two experiences with them in the past year. I have been a customer for two or more years. The first issue I had with them was a rather simple fix issue. They made good on this issue. The second issue was much different. My A/C went out and was not cooling properly. I called Armis. They sent out a repair service. The service came out and assessed the situation. They put in coolant. They then had to come back another day to pressure test the system. They came back and discovered the system had frozen up. Turned off system for thawing. They came back later, and pressure tested the system. They discovered a hole in the condenser. They turned in their pictures and findings to Armis. A few days passed, and an Armis Adjuster called and said they could not replace the unit, as stated by the service technician. He said that the corrosion of the unit did not fall within the parameters of their policy. Therefore, they could not honor their commitment. I asked about them reimbursement for the service tech service call and pressure test. Both combined cost me $475. He said no, that because of the corrosion to the system, they could not honor paying that either. I canceled my agreement with Armis on the spot. I later heard from the technician who reached out to me and told me that they near even mentioned anything about corrosion. They simply mentioned that there were bubbles that caused the hole. So much for reputable companies honoring their agreements. I have been a business owner for 25 yrs and have never treated a client like that. Absolutely the worst freaking company in America. These people made me wait five weeks and they only settled out on half of my washers watchers repairs .. you never and I mean ever wanna sign up with Home Safe and you definitely don't want to deal with these pricks that work for ARMIS - that happens even if you fart it takes two days for them to get back to you, you cannot just ask for a supervisor on the spot. No no you have to wait 24 to 48 hours. On top of all this, this company wants a cause of failure, and that cause of failure cannot be wear and tear - I know my body has a lot of wear and tear and breaks down just like a washing machine would but it's not good enough for these people, this company is just starting out nobody in Las Vegas and I mean nobody accepts their contract .. I am 75 years old and have had numerous home warranty programs for over 40 years. Do not, I repeat, do not contract with this company!!! I was a new client and had not had hot water forc16 days. My 2 reputable, certified plumbing companies provided them all of the reasons for why my water heater needed to be replaced. This is the worst home warranty program I have ever contracted with. Had I simply not had enough cold showers and called Home Depot for immediate installation, as of today, a month later, I would still be waiting for this company to approve a replacement. Don't let their smooth talking marketer and pleasant customer service personnel intice you. Homesafe/Armis is a sham!!! The blower on the air conditioner wouldn't go off. My husband called them . He was told to call for someone to come out, and they would reimburse for the service. We fax the paper to them and he waited. So he hadn't heard from them so he called, we haven't receive it that's what was said. Then you can take a picture and send it we did . I'm sorry it's denied because he fix the situation and because he did not have to come back and do anything else they said we would not get the money back. This company is as crooked as all the others. Its happy to take your money then refuse to honor their promise to fix or replace. We waited over 6 months to get our stove repaired of two burners,and after we went back and forth for months they offered us $414,00 which they said was the repair costs. After 5 months we opted to accept the repair amount and buy a new stove. They then changed their offer to proving that we purchased a new stove before they would pay us the $414 dollars by providing a purchase receipt. While we were thinking about this, the repair service called and told us they had finally received the parts. When the repair company came, to install the burners, they only had one burner. They told us that Armis only approved the one burner. We cancelled the contract and promised ourselves that we would never pay a warranty repair company again. DO NOT BUY A HOME WARRANTY FORM THIS COMPANY!!! They will find any reason to deny your claim! They have extremely rude customer service employees that talk "over" you. They just repeat themselves. They punish you by putting you on hold hoping you will hang up! When you ask to speak to a supervisor, they tell you you will hear back in about 24 hours. They must get a commission for every denied claim! They have an F rating with BBB and rightfully so. The marketer is Homesafe, they will sell you a bunch of crap! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I paid premiums to Armis,LLC for two years, more than covered the cost of my water heater replacement, they found every reason to just keep denying the claim. Armis does not have there own contractors to use thus you are responsible for getting your own and once you file a claim. They go back and forth with about stupid things like on a estimate that was sent they what details of faliure and every time you call its some other stupid thing like parts and labor seperately for each item. they may or may not answer back in 48hrs most likely not so you have to follow up. Overall They are the worst company ever I've been paying for nothing. I forgot to mention they denied my claim because my drain pipe failed and leak which leaks are covered the pipe got a whole in it thus it failed. read more

BUYER BEWARE! This business is a complete scam. Please do your homework and look at their F- BBB ratings and other reviews. Issues are the same. They refuse to pay out legitimate claims and they give you contradictory information. They're rude and unprofessional and don't return calls. I'm in the process of filing a lawsuit, because they refuse to pay a legitimate claim to repair a refrigerator. Hopefully they'll be out of business soon, and others won't be impacted. read more
