I understand the chrome was $10. $75 for a pedicure. Then when filling my acrylic nails it was $35 for a fill, $20 for gel, and $10 for chrome. And they didn't do my nails as I asked. Instead of staying there while they attempted to rationalize their prices and poor nail service I told them just to paint it so I could leave. 1. They failed to ever tell me before doing my nails that it would be an extra $40 for gel (mani & pedi). 2. I asked for clear nails then color French tip. They used this ugly brown color instead of clear. 3. They gooped on the nail acrylic fill, then they put on 6 layers of polish; color & clear. I have never paid so much for my nails that look horrendous and the employees talk about me while I'm sitting right there.

The water was scalding hot so she turned it down. I sat for a hour until my water was cold told the tech twice and she did nothing. Finally the older man started on my feet I said the 40 dollar service and gel polish. That 40 went to 65 nowhere is it posted nor did he communicate with me about an up charge for getting gel. So 25 bucks for gel polish and I even asked and he said nothing about it. So a hour service took 2 hours and a extra 25 bucks

I tipped $10 because I thought the girl was nice. I usually get my nails done in Charleston. The thumb nail on my right hand is a bit off (has brush lines on it) and I had some pieces of acrylic hanging down that I had to get off myself when I left, so Ill probably just continue getting my nails done in Charleston.
