I hired them to replace about 1,500 sqft of carpet with hardwood laminate flooring. It should have taken them 4-5 days max, but instead, it took them OVER a month to complete. They hired a subcontractor to do this job and they did lousy work. Took no measures to protect the rest of the house...did all the cutting inside...took us over a week to just clean all the dust out. Halfway through the project, they fired this subcontractor and hired another one to finish. They were very responsive when they wanted the job...after I signed the contract, it was very difficult to get a hold of them. It took numerous phone calls and usually 2-3 days before I got a response. To their credit, they offered a small...very small financial compensation...but definitely not enough to make up for the extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. read more

I was overcharged on my first job and agreed to have them to just take the overpayment off on the next job which never happened. I had an appointment for the next job which I was scheduled to be off work but was persuaded to agree at the last minute to let them do it 3 days earlier. I later called, texted, and emailed informing them that I could not take off from work and did noy feel comfortable leaving a complete stranger alone in my home and ask if they could come on the day we had originally planned. I didn't get a reply until the next morning which was not a friendly conversation nor was I informed if they would switch back to the original date. To make a long story short, they never showed up, never call me nor did I get a refund for being overcharged on the first job. read more

I hired them to add a bathroom, update another bathroom and re shingle our roof. The roof took one week which I guess is okay but I found out they did a sub pare job. The bathrooms together were supposed to take 1 month. It took them months. His employee wouldn't show up until after 11am most days and leave before four. It's been 6 month and the grout is cracking down the corners to the chunks have falling out. Parts of the ceiling are now starting to fall down. I called him 3 weeks ago to get it fixed. He did return my call a few days later and came out to inspect the following day. He stated he would get back to me by the end of the week to tell me when someone will be coming out. At this point I am contacting a lawyer to bring about legal action. For the amount of money paid I should not have any problems. Do NOT hire this company. I'm disappointed because I have contacted them by phone and sent a request through the website and still no response. We have used this company in the past and his employee did a great job repairing our wall so I'm not sure what is going on with their customer service. Had them come out for estimate so that we could choose from a range of contractors for a bathroom remodel. I liked that he was straight to work lets look at what you need done. After 10 minutes of listening I walked out knowing I would not use this contractor. I asked for marble he said he would do fiberglass for my bath 3 wall surround. Counter top I wanted onyx or marble he said he would use what was already there. He said he didn't use greenboard behind the shower wall. There was too much missing from the info he provided for me to trust that this job would meet requirements of the job. Told me estimate around 5k but wouldn't have an estimate in writing for 2 weeks. Told me 5k while using the cheapest possible materials. I went with another contractor and I paid under 5k and got marble everywhere I wanted. I cannot comment on their work because based on info during interview I would not trust them to work in my house. read more
