Carpet, seats steam cleaned. glove box, center console - spotless! They exceeded all expectations. And even though I said not to worry about the trunk or glovebox, they cleaned it anyway! After our discussion about my dissatisfaction, Graham offered to come try again or send back a partial refund, he sent back $25. I didn't expect this 23 year old RV to turn brand new but certainly expected a hand wash, not a rinse down. I've given 3 stars because, although I wouldn't recommend him to anyone else, he was responsive and offered to come back.
