I never write reviews....I had requested an interior vehicle clean including light colored fabric with some annoying stains, even on the ceiling in the car including motor oil and who knows from kids. The owner showed up on time, super kind, did exactly what he said he was going to do. I was extremely impressed. For the amount of work and the result I think the price was beyond fair. His estimate, response time, professionalism exceeded my standards and I am very picky. I had a lot of crumbs, dust, pet hair from the previous car owner, etc. He spent 3.5 hours(!!) on it due to my carpet being difficult to clean/vacuum, which I know was unexpected, but he did what needed to be done. My guy was so awesome. We worked out the details at odd hours (thnx!). He was flexible and switched up my location (at my request) at the last minute. My only issue was a $9 fee for using a charge card. That should have been spelled out when I asked if he took charge cards. I would have gotten cash. It was a zinger in a $155 job. read more

Be aware - they only clean the interior! My husband called them to clean a '98 Chevy truck to get it ready to sell. 2.5 hours and $250 later, the interior looked great but they said we should go to a car wash for the exterior. Would have been good to know upfront. They left a greasy spray inside the windshield. read more

I had to get a carpet cleaning done same-day, and they responded quickly and were able to take care of the job. Exactly what I needed!

I have been a rental manager for over 10 years, managing as many as 400 units at once. I moved out of a rental at the end of June and I contacted, per the requirements if my lease, Pure Flow to schedule my carpet cleaning. The owner, Mike, said if I paid cash he would give me a $10 per room discount, $50. He said the cost would be $330. One week earlier, I had Boss Systems clean a 5-bed duplex just a bit bigger than the apartment home I was vacating and the cost was $273, including extra charges for deep soil and smoking treatment. Pure Flow is, at their non-cash price, more than $100 higher priced. And Pure Flow only wants cash. (Always a red flag, in my experience. Why do they not want a banking record?) Even at that, I was willing because that's what my lease says. I asked why he only wanted cash and he let me know in a long description about how "they" are trying to eliminate cash altogether so our kids can't babysit and stuff-- what?? He warned me about what a bad thing credit cards and banks are and explained to me how "they" are cheating us and went on about "the system." It was a long rant. Should anyone be subjected to his paranoid conspiracy delusions in a business setting? It gets even worse. When he told me the how much he was going to charge, I did tell him that his prices were high. (Remember, I schedule and pay for multiple carpet cleaning services every month in managing properties.) Mike went off on a tirade-- it was not a simple, "well, that's how much we charge"-- it was a long wandering lecture. He went on and on about his process, which would have been fine, if he had stopped at that. I tried on 4 or 5 occasions to say, "I have offended you and I apologize; I will be there with $330 in cash on that day." Each time I apologized, it was followed by another lecture that wandered all over the place, including telling me he had to replace his home furnace, a/c, and water heater in his home and it was $18,000. What?? Relevance? Mind you, after nearly 20 minutes on the phone with him, I still did not have a date and time scheduled. It should not take 15-20 minutes to schedule a carpet cleaning. Period. For his last tirade, I actually looked at the clock and timed it. Finally, after 7 minutes, I held the phone away from my face and said to myself "will you just shut up?" Apparently he heard me and said, "what did you say?" I said I told him I had other things to do than listen to all this. I said I would be ready with the $330 in cash. Could we please schedule? At that point, he said he refused to do business with me and I could "deal with your management company." I said, "I am sorry I offended you, good-bye." Thankfully, the management company of the rental I was vacating was more than reasonable and worked with me on an alternate solution. Why would Mike, the owner of Pure Flow react so defensively about his prices and his cash policy if he didn't already know he was doing something wrong and overcharging? Over the years if property management, I have worked with dozens of carpet cleaning companies and other maintenance vendors and I have NEVER been subjected to conspiracy theories, insults, and delusional rants. Just avoid this company, is my recommendation. read more

Commute to work 80+ miles every day and basically live out of my car. Decided to finally have the inside professionally cleaned because we have been considering selling it. Pure flow spent over 2 hours detailing and vacuuming the inside of my car for me - all while I was at work- love that I don't have to make an inconvenient trip to a car wash anymore! Very easy to schedule and they were very willing to work with my timeframe. Quality was also amazing. My car is 6 years old and the carpets looked like new after Mike was done with them. He detailed all the nooks and crannies where crumbs and dust collect over time. Has seriously made me think twice about eating it my car anymore. Bonus that they use all green products. Didn't have to worry about strong cleaning supply smell. And the products they use didn't sacrifice quality. I will definitely use them again! read more

Very impressed! First of all, Mike was very accomodating with my schedule and location. He was able to come to my work within a couple hours of my phone call, so it was done while I was at work, with no special trips or waiting on my end. Second, I drive a car with the light tan/cream interior with a toddler. There were parts of the carpet that were black :/ The car is 10 years old and, Im sure, has never had more than a light carpet shampoo. Mike kept saying, "We'll have it looking like new" "I'll believe it when I see it." I thought. ;) He did not under deliver. It looks better than when I bought it. read more
