I had connected with Arnak via social media and instantly liked his passion, humor, work ethic and excessive knowledge. I briefly told him what I was looking for and he took over from there. In the beginning of this process , Arnak happened to find a litter of kittens who were left alone without their mother. He took days off of work to take care of these kittens and researched how to bottle feed them and found homes for all of them within 1 day! I had just lost my cat in February 2019, this was April 2019, I was not ready for another pet but I saw the kitties and I knew I had to get one. I was so impressed by the fact that Arnak (he does not have cats btw) was able to not only find homes for them, but took such good care of them and was teaching me how to bottle feed them when I had cats before and he had not. That day when I got my kitten, I told Arnak since he found a home and a mama for my kitten, I only want and trust him to find a home for me too. He then quickly connected me with a number of different lenders who all were unfortunately not able to approve me at the time. Arnak works with so many people and has an abundant number of resources, and connects you with different people to make sure you get the best rates and can compare to see what is better option for you. This was Summer 2019. I got discouraged and told Arnak that I would have to wait and I just don't think it is the right timing for me to buy a place. Arnak was never pushy and annoying like many agents tend to be. He just constantly motivated and encouraged me to not give up. He was always in contact with me, putting me on check to save money (that was the hardest part) and and still kept telling me to buy buy buy. Fast forward 6 months later, November 2019 Arnak calls me and says " Why are you waiting for next year to buy a place, just do it now ". He told me he understands why I'm discouraged but asked me to please just call this other lender too. So I listened to him, called the lender and got preapproved. It was hard for Arnak to look for homes for me when the loan process was not happening, but once we got the preapproval, it was just nonstop with him to finding the PERFECT place for me . Arnak was extremely understanding, always kind, sympathetic, knowledgeable, super funny and easy to talk to (he's easy on the eyes too). After the preapproval, in November 2019, Arnak looked for homes for me day and night. He was able to find me the most beautiful condo ever. I trusted him and never questioned anything he said . Arnak is really fast, he knows what he's doing, he's trustworthy, always looking out for your best interest and fights for you until he wins. Once you have the preapproval, with Arnak you'll be in a new house in days. No joke. He was always patient with all my questions ( I like to ask a lot ), and I can not stress enough that he went above and beyond to get me my property. After days and days of negotiations, of course he was able to get my offer approved. During the loan process, many obstacles arose but Arnak was able to calm me down, reassure me and take care of everything. He was not only my real estate agent, he was my therapist too lol. I know I drove him crazy until I got my keys but, in the end when no one was able to get it done, Arnak did. Buying a property is a really difficult, stressful experience overall, but with Arnak it was not at all because he did everything to make it as smooth sailing and calm as possible. There were so many hiccups and nuisances that happened throughout this process , but it never stopped Arnak or made him worry. He was confident and gave me the security that we were going to get this done and he proved himself. I can not recommend anyone but Arnak when it comes to any real estate inquiry, whether it is for buying, renting, leasing, selling, etc , Arnak is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to real estate and every topic (especially cats, jk) . I could not be anymore thankful, grateful and eternally appreciative. A time frame so you can understand how fast he was able to get me into my new house :
November 2019 we started working on my house loan,
got preapproval in November,
Arnak found the perfect condo in November,
offer got accepted in November,
November 25 we went into escrow,
(Thanksgiving, Christmas, Holiday season I was a stressed out anxious bird)
and New Year 2020 it was done
(Jan 2, 2020) I got my keys.
