Disappointing customer services all around. No response to phone calls and emails. Went in person and the service was no better.

I had a flat tire on my Goldwing across the border in Montana, on my way back to New York. After a long truck ride trailering the bike to Williston, Arnie's was able to hook me up with a new tire and get me back on the road in less than 30 minutes! And, right at closing time - and it's a Goldwing, which causes some mechanics/service people migraines. I went there to get oil changing supplies and also because they got a good review from a friend of mine who was local to that store. I live in an outlying area about an hour away from the store. I also was in the market for a used ATV or side by side. As soon as I walked in the store there was young, tattooed male who asked me what I wanted. He didn't bother saying hello, or asking me how my day was going, and he seemed short tempered to me like I was bothering him. I was the only customer in the store. I told him what I was looking for and I asked about recommendations for oil viscosities based on what I read in my owners manual for my ATV which I had just bought the day prior from a private seller. The guy was rude and short with me telling me they only use 1 one type of oil without explaining why. Then a middle aged woman came out to the counter and was a little more helpful and nice, but she didn't go out of the way to be nice. I wasn't very impressed with their attitude. I was ready to spend $5,000 that day for a used ATV, but I wasn't going to spend it with that kind of an attitude with a new customer. I did end up buying the $85 worth of oil, mind you it was only 4 quarts, and a tiny oil filter. Can you say expensive? The sad part is they have a competitor next door that sells New Factory Honda's. So guess where I went after leaving Arnie's to buy a used ATV? read more
