Needed a couple of trailer tires replaced and that was done well and cheap. 2 stars for that. I also needed to have the brakes on the trailer uncaged. A simple 10 minute job and they wouldn't do it. Was told that it wouldn't happen. I'm guessing just laziness. Could have charged $200 for 10 minutes their loss. -2 stars. Front desk wouldn't acknowledge me for over 10 minutes and once they did weren't friendly at all. Which is fine it's a tire shop but they seemed clueless and not willing to help. Then came time to pay and any questions was like pulling teeth. Simple questions too. Like invoice number, who does my client ask for to pay? Never got straight answers for anything. -1 star. I don't live here so I am not a big loss to this place but if I am back in the area and need a tire I won't be back unless I have no choice. read more

so yesterday coming into town I blew out a tire today I went to Dan's tire and they had a used tire in my price range and they got me in and and helped me out. So Not impressed. First off, they do not "make appointments" it's a first come, first served. Which is fine but I'm taking time off work and traveling from an hour outside Williston. I want to know I'm going to get taken care of beforehand. When I was there the owner/manager? Brought his 2 young kids in to the place and they ran amok in the waiting area. Yelling, running around, throwing stuff around, yes, being kids, but I shouldn't have to avoid being hit by a football while waiting for my tires to be installed. The final straw. They told me I needed new ball joints on my truck. $1400. They didn't have time to get this done in the next 10 days (or I would have done it) so I looked at other places to get this done sooner. Bottom line.... Another OEM certified shop said I didn't need new ball joints. When the asked why I thought I did I told them the tech at Dans tire said I did. They said, I was the 3rd customer this year they had dealt with who had been told the same thing (by Dan's) but they couldn't find that this work was needed. ‍ read more

Rich at Dan's Tire was very helpful over the phone a day prior to my arrival. His quote was accurate and made sure my tires were delivered on time the next day. I was able to arrive in the afternoon after work to receive me tires. Staff mounted my new tires quickly so I could continue my day. I had a good experience here. read more

The service here is AMAZING!!! I have heard the owner say this many times when speaking about service time..."If you can get it here by 5:30..we can get it done today." Meaning you can roll in at 5:29 and they will work on whatever you need that day. It is a rarity for them to leave anything over-night. THAT. DAY. PEOPLE. Folks, if you know anything about Williston, North Dakota...you KNOW that those words are rarely spoken...and even more so..they are scarcely meant! This shop is run by a group of HONEST guys who do an AWESOME job. I have never had any problems at all and I can say for certain that they are the FASTEST tire shop in town! This place is amazing. I've done business with them since 2012. They have never steered me wrong or tried to sell me something I didn't need. I came here today because another place in town tried to tell me I needed brakes and rotors on all 4 tires. Second opinion (Dan's) told me I didn't need them now at all. Went by at 3pm to make an appointment to do a brake a brake job and estimate. Came back at 4 and asked for estimate. Had to wait 45 min and they came back with$ amount. I said ok as price was reasonable then asked when I should bring it in. Guy said he could do it then and-was training a new hire. As my brakes were grinding I said ok. Took a lot longer than anticipated as things sometimes do. Finally done at 8:00 and figured the bill as they wouldn't let me pay before the job was done. I was thinking here it comes the inflated bill with all the BS that goes with it. WAS WHAT they gave me as estimate with apology that it took so long. Saw 2 experienced people training a new hire on how to do it right and take pride in there job. Highly Recommend. read more

They don't care about your vehicle, they just smear dirt and grease everywhere and you tell them and there response is who cares . I don't recommend going here, customer service and quality is horrible . read more
