My mother has been trying to get help with questions regarding her 2025 taxes, and not only has she received zero communication, but not one person from the firm has had the courtesy or basic professionalism to return a single phone call oto her -- or to me. They call me on October…read more15 saying my taxes are done, I sign electronically but I also have to pay, and if I don't pay by midnight, I will be subject to fines. For 6 months they had my taxes!! My wife says why so last minute and they blamed ME!! Saying they couldn't get a hold of me for 5 days, which is total bullshit! My phone is always on.
