My mother has been trying to get help with questions regarding her 2025 taxes, and not only has she received zero communication, but not one person from the firm has had the courtesy or basic professionalism to return a single phone call oto her -- or to me. For 6 months they had my taxes!! My wife says why so last minute and they blamed ME!! Saying they couldn't get a hold of me for 5 days, which is total bullshit! My phone is always on. The receptionist that was there was rude and obnoxious to my wife. I would never go back there.
