Very unhappy with this funeral home. Tried to attend a zoom of a funeral service on Friday April…read more8th. There were probably about 200 plus people signed up with their email accounts to view. Internet did not work. Funeral home did not bother to send out any emails to people telling them what was happening....and never did email people to tell them what did happen. I sent two email to funeral home asking what happened and asking if the service has been video-taped. NO RESPONSE. Finally had to call. A friend had called shortly after the zoom was supposed to start and was told the service was cancelled indefinitely. Then told it was going on but could not be on zoom. Very confusing. The communication from this funeral home leaves a lot of be desired.
