The facilities is very basic but comfortable enough for you to be able to absorb and experience the classes and sessions. The instructors are well-trained and can answer any doubts and questions you may have. There is a lot of meditation that is involved which helps in relaxing you into the sessions. I think its just important to have an open mind about the experience and see how you feel about it. I've always believed in energies and the exchange of it among people and the environment around all of us. Lucia East Mall for a while now and has been a go-to polyclinic with over 70 multi-specialty doctors who come regularly throughout the week. You just have to call to check for their schedules-- doctors only go once, twice, or thrice a week, with some only receiving patients by appointment. It's a pretty complete clinic, with laboratories for x-rays, blood tests, and whatnot. Although the place is kinda small, there are several rooms for the doctors offices and a long lobby/waiting area for patients waiting their turn. The process is, as soon as you enter, you get a number from the guard and wait until the counter calls you. Upon calling, you tell them who you're there to see or they can recommend a doctor for you if you don't have a specific one, and then they line you up for that doctor. This is also the time when you present your health card for processing if you have one. There are sometimes issues with the health card in that they have to contact the card company before doing anything or tweak what they'll charge there, yada-yada, so just be patient and try to keep your cool towards the cashier there who is sometimes a bit rude. :\ There's often a long line as well in the whole clinic in general so try to come as early as possible. It's a good thing the clinic opens at 8am, not at mall hours.

But I have to advise buyers to beware. I once bought a bottle in a supermarket in Quezon City, and it turned out to be fake. This will not be the case with Mandarin Chinese Drug Center, one of the ladies behind the counter assured me. They also have all sorts of medications for various common ailments like headaches. So after being rebuffed for the nth time, I decided to go to the nearest Belo branch-- the one in Amorsolo. (Although it is farther than Greenbelt from my office, I found that they are within walking distance as well.) While smaller than the Greenbelt branch, I find that I like the Belo branch in Medical Plaza better, just because of their people. Their receptionists are less frazzled by the number of customers, and are actually super helpful when I first went there. (I even availed of the Belo Membership card because of them!) My facial technician was very light handed (as compared to the ones in the Greenbelt , where I am always reduced to gross tears and sobbing especially when it comes to the extraction and multiple injections for steroids) and very emphatic about the pain.
