The woman on the phone asked how long it would take us to get there -- I said 10 minutes -- and she replied, "Yes, we can take you in 10 minutes." Perfect, right? Wrong. Left there at 845pm!!!!! Without even an apology. We rushed there and then sat for over 30 minutes before they even started one pedicure. I did ask if we can have pedicures at the same time. She said they didn't have 2 people available. I wish she would have said that on the phone. My daughter went first. There were stools stacked on top of all of the pedicure chairs, and I actually had to ask if I could sit next to her -- which felt like an inconvenience to them. Our pedicures were very minimal maybe 15-20 minutes, cut way past the quick and polish wasn't good, with no massage or lotion and just a quick coat of oil at the end. Almost like just a polish change. When it was finally my turn, the same girl started my pedicure, and before I could even get settled, another woman (who seemed to be the manager or owner) suddenly grabbed my hands to start my nails at the same time. I said to her "hold on please I like to wear a mask for dust allergies", and she snapped, "Find your mask, I'll be back," and never returned -- which was honestly fine, because doing both at once is not relaxing anyway. They did the lady before us like this as well, at the same time. The oil was so drenched on my legs, I had to ask for a towel so I could pull my pants down. The salon itself was dirty, with the front door wide open letting dust and debris blow in. I ended up waiting over an hour and a half before anyone even started my fill. Another customer told me she had a 6:00 appointment and wasn't started until 7:10. The only positive was the young man who finally did my nails -- he was polite and took his time. Unfortunately, the color came out thick and uneven (not his fault), but at that point, I just wanted to be done and out of there so I didn't say anything. When I went to pay, the woman said, "It's $145, but I'll make it $140 -- I'll give you $5 off for being so patient." I said, "Patient? I didn't have a choice -- I've been here for four hours!" No real apology, just that tiny discount, which honestly felt more insulting than helpful. I told her she should have said NO when I called to see if they were available. All in all, this was one of the worst salon experiences I've ever had -- disorganized, unprofessional, dirty, and not remotely relaxing. I would never go back to Red Nail Bar, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They should be ashamed and change their ways and not think their time is worth more than others. I'll make sure I share my experience so others know not to go to Red Nail Bar.

I didn't design my own candle during this visit but witnessed a family doing so - you chose your desired vessel (they opted for mason jars) and signature scent and there are additional options from there. They even offer customized 12 wick candles that are refillable! The owner is incredibly welcoming, helpful and kind. I can't wait to return to create my own customized candle!

Up front, there's a fridge stocked with cold beverages and a cotton candy vending machine. Also a bowl of green Korean candies! Then, there's some wares/gifts you can buy such as crocheted and leather items. While we were waiting to use the photobooth, the owner struck up conversation with us. He was very friendly and sweet, and wanted feedback on what we thought of the place. There's tons of cute and fun props you can use, from headbands to hats to glasses. They have a big mirror to take selfies in and also a small one to try on props. The photobooth is in its own room at the back of the store behind a curtain. There's a ledge in the back where you can set down your stuff. There's multiple options of prints to choose from, we opted to get the classic 4 frames because it comes with 2 print outs. I think most, if not all of the options are $6 for a print. Once we were ready, the owner helped us pay (I think the payment processing on the machine wasn't working at the time). I used Apple Pay, so I'm not sure if they take cash too. The photobooth counts down before taking a picture, and there's an option to do a retake, but I'm not sure if there's a limit. I like that you can retake the picture but I think it'd be nice to also have multiple options to choose from at the end. After you pictures are taken, you can choose the background design for your photo print and decorate it with stickers before printing. I haven't used a photobooth that lets you add stickers until now so I thought that was really cool. While it's printing, you can scan the QR code and you can download a version of the print on your phone. It also shows you a GIF/live version of your photos. I love this addition to OEC-- such a cute pit stop for a date or a day out with friends.

Ketron corrected the miscommunication issue, but it left a very bad taste in my mouth. I take professionalism seriously, but I understand mistakes happen.

Last time here we were able to buy some Super Nintendo Games for our Super Nintendo and also bought some Wii U games for our niece and nephew.
