My reason for the one star review is how the practice is run financially. Twice I had my rates increased by 20 and 25 percent several months after I agreed to a year long contract (they called it a "small increase" but it's around $300). They have continued to decrease benefits over the years (decreasing discount from 25% to 20% for supplements ordered through FullScript). And then I found they were marking up my GLP1 medication by 100 percent (more than $300!) from the compounding pharmacy they used. I only found out about this because of an error in the pharmacy contacting me about billing. For this reason, I have left the practice.
