At no point did anyone tell me they would bill me for services they did not actually do. Sadly they did charged my card days later, this is Fraud! I tried many times to reach their billing department without success. They do not even have the decency to respond to my calls and messages. Chase is investigating them for fraudulent activity.. She told me I would have results by the following week. Well the following week came and went and then the second week came and went which is when I decided to reach out and ask what was going on. I tried calling the number on their website which is really just someone's generic voicemail with no proper stating of who your even calling. Aponte was kind in their meeting, and established care, but afterwards, without letting my friend know her intentions, called CPS to report her for "possible negligence" because the baby was small. this resulted in immediate harassment from CPS at my friend's home, fighting, familial involvement, and copious amounts of stress. we can't help but wonder if it was racially motivated. if not, it was negligent AT BEST, as if you know anything about CPS, they're not here to actually help families who are struggling. especially not POC - they (seem to) love to rip those families apart. i am posting so that NO ONE ELSE trusts this woman with their intimate details, much less POC. i don't know her angle but in my eyes it is beyond f'cked. if 0 stars was an option THATS WHAT it would be.
