I'm certain the one star reviews have never personally met dawn and her crew because even on an off day I guarantee you none of the aforementioned comments could have been true. First things first, Dawn came to our rescue and helped us with cleaning our home while we were opening our business and managing the chaos of our second child. In the same breath she traveled out of her usually scheduled service areas to help us clean our 3500sq ft business when our original cleaner cancelled on us the day before our grand opening. She also showed up the following day by HERSELF to finish the job... we found out later that it was her birthday (we feel terrible she spent her day doing this). We have never met someone so committed to providing amazing service and accommodating curve ball requests such as herself and just for that we wish we could shower her with all she needs and more. I assure you that was an oversight on my part since our home cleaning arrangements are mainly taken care of by her and not me. That being said we've been customers and working with Dawn for a good number of years (since 2014) and we are very happy with her services. She is always bubbly and friendly and has a dedication to providing quality work while using safe materials/supplies to do so. Dawn cares about her clients and goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with the quality of work being provided. My family prefers to support local small business instead of the big chains. I was fortunate to have met the wonderful ladies from Aroma Earth Cleaning 3 years ago and they have been a life saver (and time saver) for me. I have a busy lifestyle, traveling often and it's been so nice to have assistance when I need for a deep cleaning. I have terrible allergies and all the products this company uses are non toxic and leave me with no irritation and everything always smells so lovely after a fresh clean and stays that way for days. I highly recommend this company. I purchased a 4 hour deep clean and it was truly a "deep" clean. I thought I kept a tidy home but I was wrong. I came home to my floors swept and mopped, blinds and windows dusted and cleaned, kitchen counter and appliances sparkling clean and bathrooms so clean I could eat off the floor. The best part is she used organic/essential oils to clean instead of harsh, toxic chemicals that remain in the air for long periods of time. If you see they have a Groupon discount, call them directly and they will honor that price. This gives them more $$ for their hard work and this is essential for helping a small business grow. I have become extremely busy with work, school, family, friends that i barely had time to do housework. I contacted Dawn from Aroma Earth and she was so pleasant and was able to schedule me for the following Monday which was yesterday. I came home last night and walked in to a spotless home.
