Nice touches here there and everywhere they do a good job. my costs were just under $400 for two bedrooms two baths two great rooms a kitchen with an eating nook and severe neglect dust wise because another family was living here from Helene until December because they had nowhere else to live so it was a cluttered disaster and thereafter surgery was in the plans so it needed cleaning and these gals did a great job. In the meantime I checked out other people and got another service back to my satisfaction and they keep calling me and bothering me how they got those reviews has to be fake. I blocked all the messages from all the companies except for a different company where a real person texted me within 20 or 30 minutes from my request. First of all, the cleaning team arrived on time. That's the first plus! Eliza and Victoria went right to work after a brief request for me to walk them through the rooms I requested. I also requested a refrigerator cleaning. They both went right to work and even though I didn't THINK my refrigerator needed a deep clean I thought different about it after I I threw away the old sauces and creatures lurking in the back of the fridge. There were definitely spots that needed some love. Victoria spent OVER AN HOUR just on the fridge and let me tell you...it looked like brand new. Unbelievable. Eliza took care of everything else with precision, including a shelf of a glass shelf with small Knick knacks from our travels. Everything came off. Everything was cleaned. And everything went back. I contracted Wow Now Cleaning (formerly Homeglows) for a flat-fee 'Move-Out Deep Clean' for a lease termination. Despite a written quote of $523, they unilaterally charged my card $541.29 (an undisclosed 3.5% surcharge) before service. Mid-cleaning, they attempted to demand an additional $110/hour to finish the originally agreed-upon scope. We agreed to a flat price, they said there's no charges until after service performed, then they charged me 24 hours before service and demanded payment. Then, they charged me a service fee. The results were sub-standard (and I'm being nice here): sliding door tracks were left with debris, baseboards were untouched, and wall dusting was skipped, kitchen floor was not cleaned near ovens, there was food on the floor near the ovens, inside of door frames and sills not touched, etc. Most importantly, they have refused to provide the itemized invoice required for my lease, rendering the service useless for its intended purpose. I had to perform the remediation myself to save my security deposit. I have filed a formal dispute with my bank and a complaint with the Florida FDACS for deceptive trade practices. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. They are scam artists. Just look up the owners. They operate under new names and keep changing them due to poor reviews. Just look it up. PLEASE READ - So This Nightmare Doesn't Happen to You! After 16 years of hiring professional cleaners with no issues, my experience with WOW Now Cleaning was by far the worst I've ever had. I spoke with Veronica and made it very clear, multiple times, that I needed two cleaners for a deep cleaning of my two-story home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. I explained that my daughter's room didn't need to be cleaned, so it would be two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms total. Veronica quoted me $333, then lowered it to $242, which I agreed to--expecting professional service. But what followed was a complete nightmare. Only one cleaner, Eli, showed up, and she arrived with almost no cleaning supplies. I immediately called Veronica, who said she had no notes about needing two cleaners. Then, she changed her story and claimed Eli was only scheduled to clean two bedrooms and half a bathroom--nothing like what was agreed upon. I showed Eli my text message proof, and she even agreed with me that what I was told was correct. Veronica had promised the house would be deep cleaned from top to bottom in four hours. Eli started upstairs at 9:00 AM, and four hours later she was still up there, frustrated, overwhelmed, and rushing. I genuinely felt bad for her--but I had paid for a deep clean, not a one-person rushed job. The quality just wasn't there. By 1:00 PM, she moved downstairs and started cleaning in a hurry. After a full hour of frustration, aggravation, and stress, they finally sent Eli back to finish the job--but by then, it was late in the day, my family was already home, and I was trying to make dinner while she was still scrambling to clean. Despite her efforts, so much was still left dirty and unfinished. This was supposed to be a deep clean, and what I got didn't even match a basic surface cleaning.
