Driving back from Apopka back to my work area and my oil light starts to blink red as I pull into the multi-leveled parking lot. This light has never gone off on my car before and a month ago I go the oil pressure switch worked on in my car by a large retail company. I called the large retail company after my Supervisor, who knows a lot about cars, checks my Honda and he notes that my car has no oil in it. Nothing. Zip. Danger Will Robinson! It looks as if most of it has dripped out somewhere and some of it has also splashed across parts of my engine. So I call the large retail company to inform them that I cannot move my car due to there being no oil in the engine. They tell me a towing company will bring my car back to them free of charge, it'll be around 40 mins for them to get there. Soon after I get a call from the towers asking for the address and inquiring whether they'll have any issues since I was in an parking lot and they worried about the overhead. At almost 4pm, this huge Ram truck gets there, loads up my car and zip we are out of the parking lot without any problems. We missed the major traffic which was wonderful since it was two men and myself within this huge Ram truck. I sat in the middle and was comfy for the most part but one of my feet did fall asleep due to the position. The two gents (one of them was training) were super professional, we spoke about sharks, food and it made the under 20 minute drive go great. My car was unloaded at the retail store and they charged them since the problem was due to their workmanship if not it would've cost me $85. Now if my car had been towed due to my mistake in parking incorrectly I would be angry but since in this case they most likely saved my engine from seizing or damaging, I am a happy camper. read more

Okay, so I drove up onto the curb and popped my tire. And after calling like 5 places which gave me ridiculous wait times I finally got ahold of these guys. They said 45 minutes but they showed up in 25, I was very upset about the whole thing and the driver was extremely nice and funny. He was polite and made me feel better about the whole thing, not to mention they work with Firestone, which is where he (Willy) dropped me and my car off at. Totally 5 stars, would call them again. This is a public complaint about this company and its owner. I was driving on the road with my toddler in the back seat and the lanes were merging due to construction. I was in front as the truck was towing a van, taking up 2 1/2 vehicle spaces and my toddler had been holding her pee for a good hour because we'd been stuck in traffic all evening, I have a little sedan. I rolled down my window to ask if I could get fully in front and he yelled at me, "No, because you're driving like a jack ass," while being on the phone and driving on the job. I told him I had a toddler in the car who had to use the restroom and we were only a few blocks from home. My vehicle was in front of his, yet he continued to merge and would've ran me into the cones if I wasn't conscious about the consequences. I called the number on the truck and he answered, telling me he was the owner and it was his company, continuing to demean me and tell me I was a bad parent for not thinking about my child by letting him through, even after I told him about my toddler's situation. This is the worst display of a company, no matter what the company is. He has no consideration for anyone's well-being, even a 2 years old, by willfully forcing me off the road just so he could get in front. Obviously this company does not value customer service in any way. Even if he was the only towing company available, I would rather wait on the side of the road than to call this company for service.
