I used this company several times last week going to and from a BB close to Omega. Not The drivers…read moreusually half an hour late, but the first morning we were there the driver didn't even show up! Other times they would charge us more than they quoted on the phone and sometimes charged twice as much for more than one passenger such as for me and my friend. I've never experienced this in my life! The driver who didn't show up the first day ended up picking us up another day and blamed me for not confirming the first trip that he missed--then badmouth me to my friend when I left the car! Not only was that very unprofessional but then he texted on the phone the whole time while he was driving her home ,barely looked at the road! The other drivers were friendly but they don't communicate with each other electronically and write everything in a pad of paper which they don't share with the head office so that when I called one time they didn't even know we had booked a few days of taxis ahead of time' There are a couple other companies in town you will want to check out instead. Or just stay right at the Omega Institute and avoid the games that this taxi company will play which starts to ruin your vacation if you have to take taxis daily

Once it was $8 each when there were two passengers; once it was $15 for both; once it was $17. How about setting a price and sticking to it? One driver was paid the full amount by each of us by mistake and didn't mention it until we called up. Guess he thought he was getting a $12 tip for a 5-minute ride. Drivers are friendly, punctual, and competent (except for the one who called his headquarters during our ride and took both hands off the wheel for a few moments) but they need to come into the 21st century. They write reservations in a notebook and don't share until the next day. Communication between drivers is nonexistent.
