Also It took 5 month to fully repair the whole place, everyday I was living in a disaster and have to deal with everything mess all by myself and feel very depressed. It took me long time to recover from that situation and now I finally have energy to give the review. I won't blame the whole thing in her since I did waived the inspection. But I want to point out Maggie is not a responsible agent at all since she didn't give me much help. 1. The biggest point I think she is not professional is: I specifically asked the water tank age for 4-5 times to Maggies, she never got me the answer even I was pushing her to. It turns out it was a 20 years old water tank in the end and caused a dramatic damage to the place right after I moved in. The water tank is a highly risky point, after that I know every buyers' agent will take this as a check point to give recommandations, but she completely ignored it, even I was suspicious and push her to get the answer, she failed to get me the answer, I even think she was not taking me seriously because I was so unfamiliar with the whole process. 2. During the buying process, it was me continuously searching on redfin and reach out to Maggie to schedule the visit. During the visit, it was also me using my poor knowdge trying to ask right questions, (like the water tank age, Maggies didn't even mention it) I also went through other agents, they will actually ask me about my requirement and make valid recommandations. 3. After everything happens she immediately says it's not related to her at all because I waived the inspection, even at first I was just trying to see whether the prvious owner can be responsible for they lied about the 20 years water tank (they said they replaced it 10 years ago) she didn't even try to help me. All in all, she is not professional and was not even trying to represents my interest. I regret a lot why I choose her I would say she does did something right: 1. The loaner she recommanded was very helpful and efficient. 2. She was nice and polite. But this is not what I need from a agent :) If you are a new home buyer, don't choose her because she cannot help you.

Yao stepped in quickly addressing installation of all the kitchen cabinetry, new countertops and did a wonderful job of upgrading a previously neglected shelf into a fully functional full length cabinet upgrade with countertop. She was up front on pricing (very reasonable), provided several computer generated images of potential options for the upgrades, and excelled at maintaining clear communication throughout the work effort. Our kitchen took no time at all to come together once COVID 19 ban was lifted. I have recommend Wholewoods to friends and family that are looking at placing in new cabinets/counters. The one portion of the process that I was not as happy with was the counter tops; I chose specifically the pieces that I wanted and stated I liked a certain one for on the island due to the beautiful markings in the granite and the other piece to be used for the smaller hidden area side I even sent in a power point layout... that did not happen it was reversed and nothing to cure that once it is cut and installed so my recommendation is to sit down with the fabricator yourself if doing granite or marble that have different slabs that don't match up. Brian and John were great to work with from the start to finish of our project. Initially we were…read moregetting ridiculous quotes from other contractors/ architects for our kitchen remodel which included the removal of two walls, gutting the existing kitchen, installing a new attic access hatch, modifying an exterior window, installation of new cabinets and countertops. Brian walked us through different pricing options and worked patiently with us to choose the best one. The field team mobilized quickly and were very friendly and easy to work with. There was a slight miscommunication during the project, but Brian worked through the issue and resolved it quickly and we were happy with how it all turned out. John and Brian were more than willing to have conversations on how to resolve some conflicts given that our house is over 100 years old and wasn't the easiest to work with! C3 was very easy to get in touch with throughout the entire process C3 exceeded our timeline expectations and continually hit milestones throughout construction. We ended up removing the cabinet and countertop installation from C3's scope, as the manufacture could warranty them if they installed. There was however a delay with the countertop install, so we had to ask C3 to come back at a later date. We were nervous that our project would get pushed back after the countertops were installed, but Brian and John were able to work with our schedule shifts and came back quickly to finish the job. After C3 demobilized from the jobsite, we had a few painting touchups and they quickly came out to fix and repair.
