I'm already addicted to their products and can't wait to purchase another pot. My first purchase was a copper pitcher and cups. They are the perfect addition to any meal and the pitcher keeps the water cool even without ice. This is one of the many advantages to copper. It conducts heat evenly as well as cold. I've made some of the best soups of my life in these amazing pots and can't wait to try a chili in there soon. The price is reasonable for the product and craftsmanship. The shop is quaint and the owners will share the history if you ask.

Our first trip was back in June of 2000. We had such an amazing time that I said I'd love to come back and Bassano is the perfect place to come. We now live about 45 minutes away and have been here many times. I always come into their shop and have purchased pottery items on many occasions. The quality is excellent and the craftsmanship is beautiful. I love the spoon holders and they make wonderful gifts. They also sell gorgeous ornaments and seasonal pottery. Their Christmas set is beautiful. It's just a fun place to visit.

These houseboat dudes have plenty boats on offer if you want to cruise around for a week or two. Our group rented a boat for a week starting in cassale. Up first we had to attend a mandatory safety class for about 20 minutes. Topics included best practices for parallel parking (depends on the direction of current) tips to avoid grounding, and route suggestions. After that we loaded our luggage and another dude went over the specifics of our boat and administered a driving test. The boats are quite nice. Ours has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, a shower, and an inside living area and a top deck. There's wifi, a stove, refrigerator, and kitchen area too. I thought the boat would have a higher top speed but they probably keep the engine on the weak side on purpose. Water taxis in Venice zip by you. If you know somebody with boat driving experience it's definitely worth checking out. They even rent bikes that you can ride around on. Or (in my case) ride to the next marina on.
