They are all hand-crafted and each aspect of the purse is created from a template and then made into a metal cutter and then hand pressed into the leather before it is sewn. It is a fascinating process and truly worth a stop in. The prices are incredible and there is a section in the back of last season purses that you can't beat the prices on. I'm already addicted to their products and can't wait to purchase another pot. My first purchase was a copper pitcher and cups. They are the perfect addition to any meal and the pitcher keeps the water cool even without ice. This is one of the many advantages to copper. It conducts heat evenly as well as cold. I've made some of the best soups of my life in these amazing pots and can't wait to try a chili in there soon. The price is reasonable for the product and craftsmanship. Fraudulent business. I bought an IWC watch from this company over a month ago in the beginning of…read moreMarch. They dodged my calls and emails and finally said that they did not have the band that I had ordered along with it in stock and that they could ship separately. I accepted given that this was an online company that I was not familiar with and was not feeling comfortable with the transaction given their lack of responsiveness. When I finally got the shipment a week or two ago (3+ weeks after ordering), UPS charged me an additional $190 to release the package. Again, Sorelle Ronco dodged my calls and emails, and even sent an email saying that they would cover it but then never responding again (and the people on the phone do not seem to be familiar with the online ordering process). I STILL, over 6 weeks after placing my order, have not received the bands that I had ordered, INCLUDING the original aligator one that was supposed to come with the watch (they had shipped the original watch, which I paid almost $200 to release from customs, with a plastic band). I am filing a complaint with paypal soon. Please do not do business with this company, as it is clearly a fraud.
