When I expressed these concerns, Mike immediately agreed to meet me somewhere public so that I knew who I was talking to. After our meeting, I was confident that Mike was a good man! He called a week before my departure to confirm my flight date and time. On the (very early) morning of my flight, he pulled up to my house 15 minutes before our decided meeting time and helped me get my bags into the car. We had great conversation throughout the whole drive there, and he got me to the airport in plenty of time. His prices are well below what many larger companies would charge. I would use him again in a heartbeat! After I returned from my vacation, I found a box that he had sent me with some food items from Hickory Farms, which was a great way to conclude my trip with him!

Mike was awesome to work with and even though I had to call him more than once because of my own craziness he was still very nice. When our driver arrived on Christmas morning ten minutes early to take us to the airport we were more than excited. Our son left us in the house and ran to get in the car. When we finally got in the car it was super clean. I was a little worried that it may smell like smoke because the drive was standing outside the car smoking while waiting on us but thank goodness it didn't. He wasn't very talkative but was very nice and was a very safe driver. We would have him as a driver again. I recommended Anton to our son's godmother who has a booking a car service for an upcoming business trip. She's booking with them today 12/26/23! Judy Gallagher was just the expert we needed! Judy was able to give us recommendations based on the type of vacation we were looking for and also stay within our budget. She took care of EVERYTHING, and even added her own suggestions to make our trip extra special. As it turns out, our Punta Cana resort had not disclosed when booking the trip that there was construction happening outside of our room. I had requested a room change from our hotel concierge, but was told that no other rooms were available. The next morning I called Judy and explained the situation. We thought the driver was very friendly but almost distractedly so. I was anxious for a couple reasons but called the family-driven business' owner's son now being groomed to take over (a very pleasant young man)nto give feedback-not to hurt his driver as we believed she tried her best but we didnt feel safe. We asked that he simply have a good talk w/her which as a supv, can be difficult. In our Christmas ride we exp'd: inability to focus on/off, talking over volume of GPS, GPS cell phone go dead due to deadzone in rural Eastern neighborhoods, i had specifically requested at nite to get on main routes which were illuminated instead (not focusing) we were driven through very dark, countrified towns w/slick spots on the road which i foresaw w/common sense a problem since Winter temp had dropped. As we entered a major route, the van began to slide on road, we grabbed onto what we could as she yelled out, "yahoo!" At that point i shot a look at my spouse & remained polite but getting home i said, "never again!" My spouse agreed. We werent going to call back or review here. I felt however if i had a business this would be important to know. Our concern is how extensively are drivers vetted & Chrysler vans maintained before extreme seasons. I mustve said 3x to owner's son..please chk the vans' tires, brakes, etc. The main thing however was sharing this driver's performance. I dont wish to harm the comp rep, simply hammer home what i shared w/him. Also, a 20% tip is auto calculated, we did not request it back or a discount either. However, we most likely wont use this company again. Our exp is hopefully rare. Id ask for info on Kivery license for drivers & business CT insurance ID.

The second time I was in need of their services was due to a flight to new haven was changed and I ended up missing the last flight. I asked the airline for s room at a nearby hotel and they said they could not accommodate me because they were all booked. I called a few few hotels to check and yep all were booked. They offered to fly me in to a close by airport which was Hartford, Ct as a standby. Well everyone showed up for that flight. I was then offered NJ or Boston. I chose Boston. I could've stayed and waited til the next day and waited for the new haven flight at noon. But heck no! Philli has the dirtiest airport!!! I couldn't bare to stay there with sketchy weirdos doing sit-ups on the grimmy carpeting. Yep! Its was an absolute nightmare! So I called up the Limo Group literally in tears and explained my situation. They gladly picked me up short notice. I think when I called my flight to Boston was in an hr. I said the plane is delayed and going to be late; again no problem just call when you land. So when we landed I called and called and called. Five times. No answer and no taxi ride as planned.
