I had an excellent experience for my first time being evaluated for medical cannabis. Dr. Mike was really a great guy who you can tell cares about helping people. He came out of his office to tell me not to worry when he overheard me frantically explaining my worries about all my medical documents being faxed over. He let me know that all I needed to do was relax and tell him about my medical condition. Having practiced as a primary care physician he was extremely knowledgeable about my condition and genuinely helpful with his suggestions. Leonard, the owner of the clinic, was just as kind and helped me to get the correct plant count for my medicinal needs. On top of all that Arrive Clinic was very considerate of my time and had me in an out in around 40 minutes as a walk-in. Also pointed me towards some dispensaries where they would give me a free consultation to ensure I'm consuming cannabis in the best way for my ailments. As long as you have a genuine medical condition that fits the criteria for medical cannabis, you'll be in excellent hands here. Came here once. Doctor did not know the procedure to getting an MMJ card (have to have a CO drivers license and a credit card). By the time I managed to get those, my application had expired (I wasn't informed that could happen). I also told him about some of the MH aspects as to why I wanted to get a card, and he said "most people with what you have can't even get out of bed. The fact that you're here says something. You might have been misdiagnosed". What an ignorant, arrogant jack*ss. Literally talking with someone for 10 minutes makes you an expert on their mental health? Overall, very insulting and uninformed as a provider. I would definitely go somewhere else if you're looking to get an MMJ card. read more

I absolutely recommend this clinic. I was very nervous and completely clueless about trying alternative pain management. The doctor and staff are VERY knowledgeable and never made me feel bad about asking questions. They took their time with me and walked me through the process. I never thought that I would ever consider cannabis treatment, but I feel that I am in very good hands. I live a little over an hour away, but it was certainly worth the drive. Five stars - I came here yesterday for a renewal on my medical marijuana card. Extremely fast and very helpful staff. The doctor understood my disabilities (back injuries), she had spine surgery herself. I forgot my medical records, had to come back the next day. This was completely my fault so no big deal. I explained to the staff that my computer would not bring up the website given in their instructions on how to register and print my card. They actually let me use their computer to get onto the website and fill out my registration. I recommend this place (seriously!) to everyone needing cannabis for medical reasons. read more

Went for a walk in appointment. Zim at the front desk is extremely kind and helpful, and was very patient with all of the customers there. I forget the gentleman's name who checked me in and took my payment, but he was just as awesome. I had called earlier to find out prices and wheelchair accessibility. He was very reassuring and they both answered all of my questions. They were absolutely top notch. The downside: I know MMJ docs don't have an invested relationship with patients. I don't expect it, and I'm fine going through the motions to get my med card because cannabis has made my multiple conditions tolerable and allows me to function without pain. I understand that these places know the best documentation and wording to get things processed without a hitch. That being said, I had listed severe nausea as a condition MMJ treats. I am on chemo level immune drugs, and other meds for my condition are pretty well known to cause nausea. He listed anxiety instead, because he could not quantify nausea. Yes, it's ironic. He asked what the wheel chair is for. I told him I have MG (a rarer form of muscular dystrophy) He responded by saying not everyone with my condition needs one. I told him my neurologist says I do. I have to wonder how many people spend $3,000 on a wheel chair just so they can get a MMJ card. Betting the number is low. It was entirely irrelevant to the assessment for an MMJ card, and insulting to say the least. That being said, I got what I came for, and Zim was extremely patient with me getting my application filed with the state. She really went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of, and that was really appreciated. Overall I highly recommend, just wish the Dr. would have focused on the scope of the visit rather than telling me his opinions on my other medical conditions. read more
